Met the team in April and connected with Daniel straightaway. I was selling my house after a bad rental experience due hugely to the Lettings Estate Agents, so I didn't have a lot of faith.

The process to sell was not all smooth due to factors outside the Thornley's and my control, however what was different was the support and honest discussions I could have with both Daniel and Clare (Ellie was great too).

The staff at Thornley made the difference because of how accessible they were, I am abroad and so WhatsApp is my preferred method of communication and Daniel and co got this. Other companies refuse to engage in a practical and economic way today.

Thank you all, the sale completed yesterday and I have woke up feeling relief for the first time in 22 months!

Moving in at the start of tenancy and moving out at the end of tenancy was smooth and devoid of stress. They promised to refund my tenancy deposit within 5 working days after I moved out and I got it in 2 working days. Lucy Clegg was very helpful and supportive throughout my checkout process. She followed up with me till I got the refund of my deposit. I am absolutely happy with the services of Thornley Groves.

At the end of a student tenancy damage was found to a basin. Money for its replacement had to be sought from the deposit. The tenants had been decent so I had no desire to be punitive - seeking a reasonable contribution. Jason Wilson (Thornley Groves) was supportive, sensible in his proposal for a proportionate sum and robust in the face of pushback. He kept me informed throughout and - in the end - delivered a result appropriate to all parties. Thank you!
