I had a great experience with Kent whilst renting a property with Thornley Groves. Kent was professional, approachable, and extremely helpful throughout the whole time renting. His communication was excellent, and he always made sure that any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and clearly.

We had a viewing today on a wonderful house, this is our first viewing and I really hope every estate agent is like Kelly from the Monton branch. She was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved how she did not push us at all and answered all our questions. Thank you so much ☺️

Great work from Clare Carpenter and Ellie Milnthorp at TG in selling our apartment, keeping us informed at all stages and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending to other buyers and sellers!

Thornley Groves estate agent was very professional and prompt in dealing with all issues I had throughout my tenancy. Moving in at the start of tenancy and moving out at the end of tenancy was smooth and devoid of stress. They promised to refund my tenancy deposit within 5 working days after I moved out and I got it in 2 working days. Lucy Clegg was very helpful and supportive throughout my checkout process. She followed up with me till I got the refund of my deposit. I am absolutely happy with the services of Thornley Groves.

At the end of a student tenancy damage was found to a basin. Money for its replacement had to be sought from the deposit. The tenants had been decent so I had no desire to be punitive - seeking a reasonable contribution. Jason Wilson (Thornley Groves) was supportive, sensible in his proposal for a proportionate sum and robust in the face of pushback. He kept me informed throughout and - in the end - delivered a result appropriate to all parties. Thank you!

We viewed a property with them. Kelly McDermott was our agent who showed us around. Great communication to begin with. She was on time. She had full knowledge about the property and answered all our questions. She was very friendly to talk to. It felt as if the owner themselves are showing us around.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one. Communication was poor, as it was difficult to get through by phone, and my viewing was cancelled just 40 minutes before it was due to take place. While I understand that things can happen, more notice and better communication would have been appreciated.

Kent and Katie are extremely capable at their jobs and they always go above and beyond to help out.
