Change of address
I was informed late last year that their office in Great Portland Street was closing and that I had to change my companies (I have two with MYCO) addresses to a different location. They offered a service for doing this for a fee. I took up their offer, but realised recently (July 2026) that they had failed to change one of the addresses, so I did this myself then contacted them for a refund. They said they would not refund the fee as they had submitted the paperwork and that Companies House were to blame. When I changed the second address, I received an email from Companies House confirming that the address had been changed. Surely if they were doing this on my behalf, then they should have either received a confirmation, or, if nothing was received, then they should have chased it up. Not good enough.

I had several questions about how virtual offices work.
I called the London Office anyway, hoping that the person who would pick my call would be truly professional, patient and genuinely warm.
My experience with Danniella was outstanding! She demonstrated these personal attributes as she clearly answered all my questions, and then, calmly guided me through the online registration process.
I need to add that the conduct of her colleagues who spoke with me after my series of discussions with Daniella, gave me this bold impression that I was relating with a good Company where people spoke through their words and actions that they were a good team - you get exactly the same high-quality service regardless of who is serving you at any point in time.

Delayed Support, Billing Issues, and Costly Customer Experience
Overall, my experience has highlighted several areas where your service could be significantly improved.
Although your support materials indicate that requests are typically handled within approximately 25 hours, it took over 72 hours simply to receive a letter of permission. In addition, an invoice that became disputed has remained unresolved for more than two weeks without a satisfactory resolution.
I was also disappointed that, despite relatively minor delays, my company was reported to Companies House and default action was initiated. Subsequently, I was required to pay an additional GBP 30 to have the company restored to good standing, along with late fees to renew my subscription. A more proactive customer support process, including timely reminders, greater flexibility for existing customers, and faster dispute resolution, could have prevented these unnecessary costs.
I believe there is substantial scope to improve response times, billing efficiency, and customer-centric handling of account issues. These improvements would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and build greater trust in your service.
