We bought a tempt Therapur Acti gel Glacier 480 mattress with smart cool technology in November 2024. Due to night sweats this seemed like the perfect product.
Fast forward to May 2026…all of a sudden it became like a furnace As soon as our bodies touched the mattress, the heat started. It was like sleeping on bed of flames. Unbearable to the point I actually had to sleep elsewhere. As we took out extended warranty insurance, we got in touch with Dreams Beds and they directed us to the insurance company who came out and we explained the problem. The assessor told us that this particular mattress is designed to heat up once bodies are on it. This seems like misrepresentation as this was never explained to us prior to buying it. Paying a small fortune for a product designed to keep you cool and a promise of a decent nights sleep. The pillows we bought are exactly the same. The cool
Covers come off to reveal this foam which is now discoloured and has flattened out. Nothing like we were expecting.
We have since been informed that there is nothing wrong with the mattress and therefore is not faulty!!!
This mattress cost an arm and a leg…. Wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone and before you take out any extended insurance, make sure you do your homework re the promise of a cool mattress which will inevitably heat up over time. . Bitterly disappointed

Had to call after a week from the order to hear that some orders from the previous week 'got misplaced'. Was the promised it would arrive within 3-4 days. I didn't request a required delivery signature - which turned the entire affair into a nightmare (I am at work during the day and they wouldn't leave in my safe-place). Insult to injury, the pillow is way too hard and unhappy with the product.

My Tempur mattress has changed my life, my sleep has improved tenfold since day one !! I had a small issue and customer care went above and beyond to resolve the matter, I cannot speak more highly of them. I’d recommend a Tempur mattress to anyone and i wish I had discovered it sooner !!!

I treated myself to an Ombracio SmartCool pillow as I have been struggling to find the “right” pillow for ages, being a side sleeper who also like to sleep on her tummy and has an arthritic back. I am delighted to say that I have slept so much better since using this unusual pillow. My neck fits beautifully into the lower shaped indentation and arm comfortably slides up to one on the side. It is so comfortable that any fears about spending so much money on a pillow (!) now feels fully justified. I can honestly say I’ve had some of the best nights sleep in years since buying this pillow. (I would love it even more if there was a high tread count cotton pillowcase to fit.)

I have been sleeping on Tempur symphony pillows for about 6 years now and prior to that, the cloud pillow which I found too soft and the chemical smell was too strong to sleep through. so when I purchased a new symphony pillow, I knew that the off-gassing period would take several weeks before the smell was negligible and so I have stripped off it's case and put it in a spare room or outside to air. I would urge anyone who is considering returning their Tempur pillows just because of the smell to persevere and use a different pillow until the smell has gone because the symphony pillow is an outstanding pillow for back and side sleepers. I am female with a small/medium frame if that helps. If you are larger framed or male you may find the pillow alone provides insufficient support. A tip for new users of memory foam pillows who find that the pillow gets to hot in the middle of the night and loses it's support - have a second pillow to hand to swap over!
I also purchased an ombracio pillow from the Tempur outlet store as a new pillow was so expensive and outside my budget. As an occasional stomach sleeper and pillow hugger, I was interested to see whether the cutouts in the pillow made pillow hugging more comfortable and as a hot sleeper, having your arm buried all night under a weight of memory foam can be somewhat uncomfortable. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find both boxes ticked and I will definitely keep this pillow for occasional use. But I was disappointed to see that the pillow 'cloud' memory foam filling was just as smelly as I remember it. It did make me wonder whether the previous owner of the pillow had returned it for this reason because if you're a stomach sleeper, you're going to notice the smell of the pillow more strongly aren't you. If I had never owned a similarly filled pillow before, I would have returned it, but I am going to keep it because I know that in several weeks the smell will lessen. The pillow is currently airing outside in the garden and I've washed the covers and I'll leave them off until the pillow smell have faded to acceptable levels

From a quality brand I would have liked tracking jj information about delivery date and time.

I recently purchased Tempur pillows and am very happy with the quality. They are comfortable, supportive, and have helped improve my sleep. The pillows feel well made and durable.
The delivery was also very fast, which was a pleasant surprise, and the items arrived in excellent condition.
The only downside is that they are quite expensive. However, the comfort and quality make them feel worth the investment. Overall, I would recommend Tempur pillows to anyone looking for a premium product and quick delivery.

Easy to order, great customer service but ten days in it’s not helping my neck, it doesn’t feel supportive enough. I will give it until just before the 30 day return guarantee and hope it improves, so the one star off is purely personal to me.
