Please understand that if you’re ordering from this site it CAN take a while. It is not a scam. It’s just how things be sometimes. Yes you are subject to delay however, customer service is prompt and superb. All my questions answered and never once was I left in the dark. My hoodie is fantastic quality and actually was worth the wait of a preorder and the unfortunate delays. Please keep in mind you may have to be patient but you will receive a top quality piece of clothing.

Ordered t-shirt and was sent the wrong design. The tshirt I did receive was still cool as hell and excellent quality! I contacted the company and they sent me out my correct order on an extra speedy delivery and said that I could keep the incorrect t-shirt! Great quality and great customer service!

My friend and I preordered over $500 of pieces from their Clown collection.
After the enormous wait (4 months) the clothing was a bitter disappointment. We followed the size chart and the clothing hasnt been blocked properly or the fibres have stretched more than the makers anticipated. The clothing is enormous and not reflective of the size chart.
Their returns are extremely consumer unfriendly.
When I wrote to them on instagram they immediately blocked me, which is extremely childish.
I do not recommend this brand, the quality is garbage, the sizing is garbage, they will block you instead of providing customer service.
Edit: customer service or possibly the brands owner blocked me and then unblocked me on instagram and proceeded to attack me and call me an idiot. Deeply childish.
Avoid at all costs.

I made a pre-order for three of the Yu-Gi-Oh clothes (two tanktops and a t-shirt) earlier this year.

I was honestly positively suprised by the quality of all the items. The designs on the clothes are identical to what is shown on the website. The fabric itself feels sturdy and heavy. This alone makes me want to revisit this site in the future.
I do want to stress that it's important to really take your measurements and compare it to each item you want to order. All my items fit me perfectly because I did this, but I did have different sizes depending on the piece of clothing.

After having received my orders it turned out there was a mix-up with my order which resulted in me having two of the same products. The customer service however, was great. I got a quick reply and after sending a photo conforming the mix-up they sent me the correct item. They also covered the shipping (and tax) costs so I didn't have any further unexpected costs.

The only downside I can think of are the shipping cost and the custom fees which you do need to pay for yourself.

Very disappointing experience. Terrible packaging

I’m honestly shocked by how poorly this cap was packaged. It had to travel all the way from the United States, and despite that, it was simply shipped without any proper protection to keep its shape.

Of course, it arrived completely flattened. The front of the cap has lost its original curved shape and is now basically flat. For a cap that is quite expensive, this is simply ridiculous.

I genuinely don’t understand how you can ship a cap halfway across the world without taking even the most basic measures to protect it. This is not something that should happen.

What makes it even more frustrating is that I bought the cap as a birthday present. I obviously can’t give it as a gift in this condition.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. The product itself may be nice, but the way it was packaged was completely unacceptable. A little care in the shipping process would have made a huge difference.

I've made several orders from here now. It's a unique little website with just the kind of weird yet stylish clothes that I'm partial to.

Everything's been high quality and comfy. A couple of the knitwear items ended up with some loose threads that I had to cut off, but honestly I don't know if that's my fault or the product.

The clothes always come in a simple plastic bag/envelope type package, with each item in its own plastic bag. This hasn't been an issue so far.

The only only real issue for me is that every order (to Ireland) takes about 2 weeks to fulfill then about another 2 weeks to deliver. They do explicitly warn about this in the FAQ but still... waiting a whole month for my clothes is a little painful.

they don't make you pay VAT when ordering and it's not written on item page or cart you'll have to pay VAT + customs + management fees... I got asked 22€ of fees for an order of 82€ with 14€ of shipping.. only FAQ says "orders will most likely require you to pay taxes and duties" but shouldn't be hidden behind 2 tabs and "most likely" when it's the case with every order now in europe, great quality tho shirts are really premium and rug it's great too.

Le colis a été expédié le 5 mars, Steady Hands m'a fait attendre jusqu'au 6 avril pour déclarer le produit comme perdu car impossibilité de m'en renvoyer un. Je suis pour le moment sans réponse de ma demande de remboursement.

Ordered from this site and got it after a few weeks across to another country which was fine. However, the product was subpar, a seam has already given way after a day of wearing it indoors. This cardigan is massively oversized for me so it's not like I burst the seam, it just gave way to nothing. I fear other seems will be the same. Not to mention the label was soooooooo itchy. Clearly tagged on after with cheap itchy thread. I had to remove that just to wear the cardigan. Overall very disappointed.
