My Gym Monster would not connect with my network. Ray, the Tech Support agent, spent quite a long time trying to solve my problem, suggesting numerous possible solutions. He was exceptionally patient and helpful.

Was helpful with fully my request and explain in great detail on how to compete what I needed for my machine.

While not perfect and requiring an internet connection for the fully guided sessions, AFAIU GM2 is still the best option out there for what I was looking for.

Definitely makes me spend at least 15 min a day doing some exercise—I know it's too little, but better than 0.

Fast and efficient customer service

Amy from customer service was amazing to deal with. She was in constant contact with me with helping my purchase of the GM2 when I had some questions.

I love my Gym Monster 2. I have had it exactly for a year and one of the cables went out. Customer service was nice enough to provide me with a replacement cable. Amy was awesome and prompt with her responses.

I purchased the Speediance a year ago and I absolutely love it. I've had no issues with the machine so far and I use it 3-5 times a week. It takes a bit of getting used to with the digital weights but once you get the hang of it, you can really challenge yourself. Saves me heaps of time as a single mum, rather than having to drive to the gym and find parking, and waiting for machines! An unexpected benefit is that since my daughter can watch me workout (and she's always wanting to copy me) she's more engaged in exercising and staying active since she wants to be "strong like mummy"! I've also dealt with their customer support about 3 months ago, and they were responsive and I had no issues.

DO NOT RISK THIS WASTE OF MONEY! GO WITH A COMPETITOR!

The safety feature malfunctioned during a bench press, and the weight did not respond to me turning the weight off or down, so I was very nearly seriously injured or worse as the bar squeezed down on my chest like it was trying to slowly chop through me. Terrifying--all alone at the time. It was after 30 days, so no refund even though I have no faith in the product anymore. So I can get a replacement that I won't use since I don't want to risk it's parts not working again. The ring, by the way, also never worked because, they said, it was the old model. Anyway, the Monster is advertised as a space saver for an apartment like mine, but you have to keep the gigantic box. I didn't keep the gigantic box, so that means I owe them $350 if I want to send the malfunctioning back to get it examined. They originally told me that they definitively knew that the problem was a part that needed replacing, but they changed their minds when I rebutted and said that that had actually been just a theory. I have an email exchange going on 30 emails over this. They're scammers, man.

Good product until it breaks. Even if the warranty still covers you, you will be stuck dealing with long email conversations, long deliveries for the parts you need, and repairing the device yourself with inadequate, incomplete, or missing instructions.

Leider nicht in der Lage, einen Liefertermin zu vereinbaren und einzuhalten. Das sollte bei so großen Geräten ja ein täglicher Standard sein. Das Gym Monster soll toll sein, aber so kann es halt nicht zu mir kommen.

I had an issue with my Gym Monster 2 after a period of inactivity. The screen got stuck in a boot loop and only displayed the SPEEDIANCE logo.

I contacted Speediance support and received a quick response from Andrew. They first provided a firmware recovery solution and, when that did not resolve the issue, immediately arranged a replacement screen under warranty.

The replacement screen arrived quickly, installation was straightforward, and my Gym Monster 2 is now working perfectly again.

Tot zover had ik een zeer onbeleefde interactie gehad met het support team van speediance. (Luke, jordan en roberto).
Ze adverteren gratis levering, maar wanneer je hen ernaar vraagt, kun je dit enkel krijgen via hun "demo call". Dat is hoe zij dit noemen.
Wat ze doen op het einde van dat gesprek, is jouw credit card informatie te bemachtigen. Pas hiermee op, want hiermee kunnen zij onnodige transacties doen, die jij nooit wilt.
Ik ben tot zover in een zeer onrespectvolle manier door hun benadert met de woorden als "wij werken niet met klanten zoals U".
Het lijkt op een team van jonge gasten, die azen op jouw credit card informatie. En zo hoogswaarschijk een commissie krijgen van speediance zelf.

Let op met wat je koopt.
Doe je aankoop via hun site. Maar geef nooit je informatie online, want dan kunnen ze frauderen met je kaart.

Tried to buy from them, but needed to have the full ££3.7k available on the credit card event to split the payment across 12 months. Their other credit provider site kept crashing.

When contacted by Speediance asking me why I didnt buy the product I told them I have bought this from another retailer and then they did nothing but want to argue with me over WhatsApp.

Extremely unprofessional service!
