Absolutely amazing experience at the Sofology Lakeside store! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. A massive thank you to Rob, who looked after us from start to finish and made the whole process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.
The store itself was spotless, clean, well organised, and very straightforward to walk around and browse. Everything was laid out really nicely which made the experience even better and more comfortable.
Rob was incredibly professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help us find the perfect sofa without any pressure at all, answered every question we had, and gave honest advice that really helped us make the right choice. His customer service was honestly 10/10 and you can tell he genuinely cares about making customers happy.
The whole team at Lakeside were welcoming and professional, and buying a sofa felt simple and smooth from beginning to end. We left feeling confident and excited about our purchase.
Big respect to Rob and the Sofology Lakeside team for such excellent support and service. This is exactly how customer service should be. I would highly recommend Sofology Lakeside to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding staff.
