Sofology - Reading Anmeldelser

I have ordered my new sofa....was impressed with the quality & style. Looked at many other places which just didn't compare to sofology. Sarah last was very helpful & answered all my questions as have had bad experience with previous leather sofa. Would definitely recommend.

It was very easy to sort out our purchase a member of staff helped us choose the sofa we wanted and the colour he was polite and friendly and very professional I highly recommend this store in Reading

Sales consultant was very polite, he listened to what we wanted,& showed us the colours available . He wasn’t pushy. He made us feel relaxed so we could make our own decisions

Amber was very informative regarding the sofa I purchased. Very friendly.
I liked that I had time to look around myself and not pounced on as soon as I walked through the door.

Had a great experience today at Sofology. We see a very nice man called Ali from the sales team. He offered us great advice and guidance but was not at all pushy which was great. Sofology also had some great sofas with plenty of choice and options for anyone's lounge. Overall we were impressed with the service and even ended up purchasing a great sofa which will be perfect for us. Thank you.

Amber was super friendly and helped us pick the right options for us! Great experience for first time buyers

Humza greeted us upon arrival and gave us a brief appraisal of safety within the store followed by a guide to the pricing and fabric choices etc.

At no time did we feel pressured.
It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service from Yasser, who helped me make the right choice of a new sofa, taking me through all the steps to placing my order. All my questions answered clearly and efficiently. Yasser made the whole process easy and dealt with me in a professional but friendly way: most satisfied.

Great choice of sofas with no pressure from anybody to buy.

Attentive staff, without being overbearing;
Friendly engagement on each visit to the store;
Clear explanation of all aspects of the sale process.

Great service, Sarah was very efficient and easy to deal with.

Really helpful, friendly staff

Sofa shopping can be daunting, but at Sofology, we didn't feel overwhelmed. We were welcomed and let freely roam the shop, no pressure, no staff following us. When we chose the right sofas, our questions were answered politely. Sarah was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to see our new sofas in a few months.

The guys in the Reading store were so friendly, welcoming and very funny

Myself and my partner recently purchased a sofa from Sofology in Reading and cannot fault the service we received.

Staff were all really friendly and did not try to hard sell in the slightest. We were given a quick introduction when we arrived, offered a drink and then left alone until we needed assistance.

Sarah assisted us with our purchase and was really helpful resulting in a smooth process from start to finish.

I would recommend this store.
