Sarah helped us to understand everything about our purchase. She calmly explained about the agreements and how the warranty is covered. She ensured that we were satisfied and only then proceeded to next steps. We are glad she made the buying experience so smooth.

Amber was very attentive and very helpful. We were treated on entering the shop and left to browse the sofas on display. Once we had decided that we were ready to order Amber took us step by step through the options available on the sofa we had chosen and the payment options available to us. Amber was thorough and quickly took us through the purchase. At all times I was relaxed and had all the information available to me. A great experience.

Really friendly staff and nice ambience of the store. Had a lovely coffee while looking for a sofa and when I found one was helped quickly and made my experience such a good one. Would definitely recommend and if I need another sofa I would come back to sofology.

What made my experience great was both the product and the service. Farhan was an absolute treat to deal with. He paid full attention to what we were after and was very forthcoming with lots of information and ideas, which really helped us make up our minds.

We visited at least four other stores on the same day before deciding on Sofology. By far, this was the best experience we could have hoped for.

In a world where there is no lack of competition or products, with everyone vying against each other, what makes a company stand out are it's people and their values. Farhan was refreshingly honest about what is and is not included, timeframes, what to expect, which leather is suitable etc. His patience was wonderful and we are confident that we've picked the right chairs for our home. The store is amazing we spent ages there going round having a good look without being pestered by store staff - and the store staff were most helpful answering any questions - no pressure selling at all.

I had a fantastic experience at Sofology Reading thanks to Amber, who made the whole process of choosing and ordering my new sofa incredibly easy.
From the moment I arrived, Amber was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. She took the time to talk me through all the available options without any pressure selling, which I really appreciated. I felt completely comfortable making my decision, and she ensured I got exactly the sofa I wanted.

There was a small mix-up where the order was processed through the Farnborough store rather than the Reading store. However, I’d like to highlight that the purchase was made through Amber at the Reading branch, and she was the one who assisted me throughout. She handled everything professionally and made sure it was all sorted without any stress on my part.

Amber also helped me exchange my old order for a new one with absolute ease. What could have been a complicated process was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I’m so pleased with the outcome.

Great selection of sofas and sales team were very very friendly and helpful in explaining the differences, talking through the different options and what would work best for me.

Sarah was extremely helpful. There was no pushy sales pitch just helpful advice and guidance. Having visited all of the furniture stores on Forbury Retail park it was a pleasure to return to Sofology. I'm very excited to get my new furniture!

I’m disappointment and frustrated with my recent experience regarding my sofa order.

I placed my order at the beginning of November, and as of today, I have still not received it. Given the lengthy delivery timeframe quoted at the point of sale (approximately four months), I believe customers should reasonably be given more flexibility to reconsider details such as colour or design during the early stages of the order.

Just two days after placing my order, I contacted your team to request a simple colour change. I was extremely frustrated to be informed that because my request was made after 49 hours rather than within a strict 48-hour window, I would be charged a £300 penalty to proceed with the change. This rigid application of policy feels wholly unreasonable, particularly as production had clearly not begun and delivery was still months away.

Despite the minimal nature of the request and the long lead time, there was no willingness from your customer service team to show understanding or flexibility. The lack of clear communication and the unhelpful attitude I encountered left me feeling treated unfairly as a customer.

In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled. Despite raising clear concerns and giving Sofology the opportunity to address the issue, my complaint has been completely ignored and no meaningful effort has been made to resolve it. This lack of response and accountability is unacceptable and has only added to my frustration,This has been a deeply regrettable experience and has significantly affected my confidence in your company.
