‘no pressure’ sales team
We liked the ‘no pressure’ sales team - there to help if you needed it. Steph was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Loaned us swatches to check the match.
Went back the next day and made the purchase. Very happy so far - looking forward to receiving the chair, thanks.

Plenty choice of furniture in store , lots of combinations of colour and fabric on display
Staff really helped, Jo was knowledgeable about all aspects of the products and was not at all pushy , but around when you had any questions

Great service …
From first walking in to store a young lady approached us could not fault the customer service a young lady called libby explained how everything worked in the shop told us to look around then came back to us and helped us to choose the correct sofa she went above and beyond to help us
