Service on all 3 occasions in this branch was really good no too pushy just nice went to this store over another branch as the service was not so great.. even though this was further to travel .. Susan was brilliant

STAY AWAY FROM HERE
Very disappointed with my experience with Sofology, the store itself were wonderful but once I had a fault with my sofa, dealing with the customer support is hopeless. From poor communication to delays and a HUGE lack of customer service, the whole process was far more stressful than it should have been. When I needed help I was told different off every colleague, passed on for another person to try a resolve the problems, and getting updates, to then resolutions took far too long. For such a major purchase, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Sofology based on my experience.

Customer service was excellent our sales assistant Stephenie was lovely nothing was a bother shesuggested advised give us lots of hints and tips how clean our settee she made us feel as if we were family lovely lady

The sales representatives Karen Elliot was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with a no pressure sales approach.
Everything about the purchase was clearly explained, lead times for delivery, care for the sofa with the leather aftercare and the criteria of the sofa shield 🛡️ care .
Sliders for the feet were recommended and purchased for our hardwood floors.
A great experience with great service even though we arrived at the store well after 7pm .

How friendly and welcoming the staff make you feel with no pressure
Being welcomed into the store was very reassuring no pressure the staff didn’t follow you round the store but made it clear they were there when needed this was my second purchase from the company and would recommend to friends and family

Great service
We had two experiences both being great.
First being viewing the sofa, we had Leanne and she was absolutely great so friendly.
When purchasing the sofa we had jo, jo was amazing and so helpful.
Couldn’t thank the girls enough for making the experience so easy and stress free
