Having looked on the website first I went into store knowing which 6 chairs I waned to look at. The salesman didn’t push us he showed us the 6 chairs and then left us until we were ready. He was very knowledgable and gave us some sound advice. Didn’t hard sell at the point of sale. The whole event was a pleasant experience with good service

I recently purchased a sofa from Sofology in Milton Keynes, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was assisted by Hema, and I honestly cannot praise her highly enough.
From the moment I walked into the store, Hema made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect sofa—not just trying to make a sale. She took the time to understand my space, my style preferences and even small details I hadn’t considered. Her product knowledge was incredible, and she explained everything clearly without any pressure at all.
What really stood out was how attentive and personable she was. She offered honest advice, practical tips, and helped me visualise how different options would work in my home. She even checked availability and delivery times on the spot to make sure everything suited my schedule.

Attentive and helpful staff nice relaxed visit

Update: Standard response from Sofology for the poor review. Emailing their social media complaints department will have no effect at all. You still won't hear back from them. I have now printed off my section 75 claim and evidence. Can't wait to send it to my credit card company tomorrow.

Purchased 3 sofas which were delivered 27th November 2025. The left hand seat has the wrong specification. Told the drivers who informed me that they would notify customer services.

Today it is 3rd December, I have telephoned the incompetent customer services department and filled out their online form countless times yet NOBODY has contacted me to resolve the matter.

I've given them until 5th December and then I will invoke section 75 with my credit card company and they can deal with them.

It's too early to involve the Furniture Ombudsman so I will see what happens when invoking section 75.

Do yourself a massive favour and buy elsewhere. You'll be thankful for it.

Their automated email reply even states that they won't accept abuse, rudeness, shouting etc. Now ask yoursrlf why would they need to state that IF their customer services were competent?

Kiran made the whole sofa buying experience easy. He didn’t hound us to upgrade to the bells and whistles sofa. He listened to our needs and advised the best options
