We had a great service from Zainab
We had a great service from Zainab, both when we visited the store to just look at the sofa's and when we returned a short time later to place the order.
She was friendly and very helpful in finding out the different options and configurations of the style we were interested in, and the paperwork for the purchase was completed quickly and professionally.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sofology, based on today's experience.

Very good experience
Young lady who worked at the Leicester branch at fosse park. Unsure of her name but was very helpful and very good at her job. She put everything in a basket and emailed over everything and never pressured us to buy in store something that we were very anxious about. Please give recognition to the young lady who worked Friday 23rd Jan.

Very knowledgeable
We had an idea of what we wanted but couldn’t find the right colour. Gaz knew which sofa came in what colours and also which one we could change the feet on to suit our colour pallete. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our choices.

It was a pleasant experience from browsing the wide range of suites to purchasing the one that suited us. The staff were very good at identifying the suites which would be appropriate to our needs . Options were explained clearly without any pressure. We were impressed by the range, quality and value for money. Thank you sofology, looking forward to enjoying our new furniture.

I had a great experience with Sofology
I had a great experience with Sofology, and I especially want to mention Emma for her excellent customer service. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt confident in my choice. Emma never made me feel rushed and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right option for me. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. I’d also like to say a big thank you to Gaz, who was a huge help and very kindly kept my 2-year-old occupied, which made the visit even easier for me. I would definitely recommend Sofology.

Had a fantastic experience today at the Leicester Fosse Park store. Was attended to by Katie and she was great, was able to answer all our questions and wasn't pushy at all. Super relaxed and approachable! Ended up buying 2 sofa's and a love chair. Cant wait for them to arrive.
