New sofa
A massive thank you to the team who helped me and my partner secure our new sofa! A special mention to Max as well who despite only being there for two weeks was knowledgeable and friendly who helped make the process so easy, along with Gaz as well who initially provided us with the information we needed. I had a fabulous experience at Fosse Sofology with the lovely Zainab, her customer service was unmatched she was super helpful, friendly, attentive and took the stress away from so far searching. Thank you so much for helping us find out new sofa, our 6 year old is asking to come back because she had so much fun

Nothing was too much trouble. Even re-arranging the whole display to help us visualise what we wanted. Amazing service.

The staff
The staff left you alone to browse on your own, and were really helpful when you needed any information or assistance. Excellent service from Gareth and Emma today and on previous visits until we finally decided which suite we wanted.

Friendly, helpful staff and good selection
Our first experience of buying from Sofology, Max was really knowledgeable for such a new member of staff and allowed us space to make up our minds without any pressure. Looking forward to receiving the sofa and chair in a couple of weeks. Would recommend.

Very helpful but not pushy
The staff were really helpful and very good with our 2 bored children, giving them hot chocolates and biscuits to allow mummy and daddy to discuss. We had already looked at a couple of other sofa shops and had been put off by the staff being over pushy and not leaving us alone to browse but the staff in sofology had a much more laid back approach and left us to it until we needed help.
The lady who assisted us was very helpful letting us have a tape measure to check measurements and even allowing us to move sofas to help us decide what would fit best in our room size.

Katie was very friendly and did not appear pushy. She was helpful and explained the whole purchase procedure very clearly.
We came away £1200 lighter but verypleased with our purchase.

Excellent service from the sales team…
Excellent service from the sales team being very polite, professional and non pushy.
Explained the options available of the sofa and was very clear on all the financial options.
Once we had made our decision the finance transaction was very smooth.
