Sofology - Inverness Anmeldelser

Excellent service from
Julie. Was around with advice as we walked the store. And very professional when ordering.

Staff very helpful with a special mention to Christine

It was nice to go into the store and not feel pressured into buying anything. The staff were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed, we had time to go home and think about it and ordered online through the email sent from the store. All very easy and straightforward.

The Inverness store is always presented beautifully, and we've always had fantastic service every time we've visited. Today Aaron was superb in helping us get our sofas ordered. Looking forward to receiving them sooon

Great experience from start to finish. Very professional and detailed explanation of everything we needed to know.

Really good service, took allot of time to explain the product to us and the sofology care package

We were so surprised at the amount of really modern settees, three piece suites and furniture they have, Aaran was great, after introducing himself he left us to have a look around at our leisure but he was always on hand when we needed his expertise, we were looked after very well not pushy or trying to sell unlike some other companys do. We would highly recommend Sofology.

Aaron was very professional, helpful and courteous. He enabled us to make the right decision and we thank him very much.

Helpful staff and if you want to be let alone to talk, they will leave you alone. Lots of questions which were answered and bone were to much trouble. Thanks Aaron. We finally bought something on our third visit.

Very pleased with my purchase Very good service from sales lady that served me Will definitely shop there again

Christine our sales assistant helped us and explained everything for us and also explained different payment options very happy with how she was 😀

Staff were great in helping us decide on the sofa we wanted. Christine serves us and was so helpful.

I received great customer service, very polite and professional and didn't put pressure to buy made me feel that I didn't need to shop around

Warm welcome from Staff. Offered coffee. All the questions were answered. Nice atmosphere throughout.

Went sofa shopping in Inverness in November '25. Sofology Inverness has styles for everyone with fabric and leather choices galore. There is no pressure selling and no staff following you around like a bad smell. Something other stores could learn from.
We had a look around and found the one we thought we wanted then met store assistant Christine and she pointed out a similar but we decided nicer one. It was love at first sight. Thank goodness for her. Lovely lady who carefully took our order with a delivery date of February '26 which we were happy with.
I have waited till now to review as my sofas were delivered today (18/2/26).
Delivery day went great. The delivery guys arrived timeously, were pleasant and carefully set up my sofas and took away all the packaging.
If your in the market for a new sofa check out Sofology Inverness.

Christine and her colleagues were all extremely pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure selling, just overall a very relaxed experience

Staff were very welcoming and very informative about the different types of products! Quick and seamless application for finance and super excited to get our new sofas. Will recommend sofology to friends and family
