absolutely shocking customer service
absolutely shocking customer service! Had a text saying book delivery , which I did for may 3rd. The day before I had another text saying book delivery! I rang Sofology and was told they had no idea where my sofas were, someone would ring me back. No one did. I wrote an email to complain. To date no-one has replied. I went back to the text and booked May 10th. I even phoned and checked and was arrived they had them and would be delivered on the 10th. It was conformed. Today.May 6th had a text saying ring them. I did and the chap had no idea why. I started a chat and asked what was going on. Was told they would arrive in the store on may 11th, I asked him for thee mail of customer complaint and he said look on the website! Total chaos. Will never shop there again

We were told we could make changes to…
We were told we could make changes to our order before we signed our credit agreement. We were never told that the order could not be cancelled. When we tried to cancel th order within 48 hours, we were passed from th store (who said we couldn't cancel through them) to customer care, who said we couldn't cancel with them, they raised a 'ticket number ' which they passed to someone, but they could not copy us in to any correspondence. So we have been unable to cancel an order we do not want and we can't actually speak to anyone

Delivered on time but installers could not remove transit legs
Delivery arrived on time but installers unable to remove transit legs and replace them with the permanent legs.

Ordered 2 seater and 2 single seaters, waited 3 months for delivery on the night before delivery, after they had said our couches were in said they couldn't find one of the armchairs and that we wouldn't receive delvierythe next day 😡

Sofa Searching
We were looking for a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa with electric recliners. We were greeted by a lovely lady assistant called Polly, soon after we started browsing and she was SO helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She answered all our questions and explained things with energy and enthusiasm.
