Great experience in store today, quick and simple to order.We were greeted with a smile from Hazel who wasn’t at all pushy ,she let us know that she was there to help if we had any questions and left us to browse without any pressure

I had the fantastic fortune to be helped by Jayne in the Gateshead Sofology on Thursday 12th February (in the evening) and then again on Saturday 14th February. She was so personable and helped shape what was a very niche request for support (due to really strict room dimensions i was working with). Jayne was really knowledgeable, patient and engaging with her felt like being supported by a member of my family. I ended up return to the store with my fiance to show her what I thought might be an option for us and Jayne remembered my name and what it was I was looking for. We ended up spending a couple of thousand pound on a wonderful new sofa and it 100% would not have happened without Jayne's approach to sales and general character. I'll 100% be back to Sofology just because of my experience with this wonderful woman. Thanks Jayne!

I had been in and out of so many sofa stores searching for a 3 & 2 seater or 2 & 2 seater sofa set, I would say in a more mid - low price range. I couldn't find a thing in other stores that I really liked and wouldn't just be settling with until I walked into Sofology. I'm going to be honest and say Sofology isn't somewhere I would usually go due to thinking it's more of a higher price range of furniture. However, I couldn't have been more wrong! A lot of the sofa sets in there were so reasonably priced and of course at a much higher quality, I found THE set for me! Emma was the lovely sales person who came over and give me some information on the set I was interested in as well as expected delivery times etc. I didn't feel pressured or hassled at all, compared to many other sofa stores I had been in that day. Emma set up an online basket so I could easily make the purchase once going home and double checking measurements.

I went home to measure the area again and then went back in store a few days later to purchase in person with Emma. I think that in itself says enough, my in store experience was so enjoyable that I wanted to return to complete the purchase instead of simply doing it online.

I'm not a person who really leaves reviews but trust me when I say, give Sofology a chance. Anyone who is like myself and looking for a sofa set at a lower price range check out The Hudson collection, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!

They were very helpful when i was ordering my sofa and talked me through everything over the phone.

Earl was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the sofa and chairs I purchased. He never pressured me, even when I changed my mind about the sofa I originally planned to order, and remained patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

Earl,the gentleman who dealt with us was friendly,informative & helped us make the right choice.
The store itself was well laid out,clean & well lit. All the staff on the shop floor were very friendly.

Very personable and friendly, accommodating while purchasing with young children. Explained everything in detail and ensured it was understood. Jo was lovely.
