Sofology - Farnborough Anmeldelser

Gary really looked after us and we appreciate the support while buying a new sofa.

Charlie was extremely helpful and patient when I took my indecisive wife and 2 young kids to buy a sofa. We already had sort of decided which one we wanted but Charlie didn’t try and steer us on to something more expensive. Very simple process too. Thank you!

Charlie had exactly the right approach to help us make a decision about our purchase.

Great service answered all our questions just what you want when ordering large purchases

Evan was very informative and helped us to get the right sofas for our needs and the insurance to go with them. He made the experience enjoyable, and we would thoroughly recommend going to Sofology in Farnborough for great customer service. Thank you Evan!

Barry was great, he really went above and beyond.

Elle was very patient and knowledegable as we looked at lots of options before we placed our order. Highly recommend

I went to the Farnborough store and was greeted by a really pleasant young lady assistant Elle who was extremely helpful . I gave her some idea of what I was looking for and she went out of her way to help
me with the choices available . It was a tad disappointing to then find 11 weeks before delivery - apparently made in China but the frame is lifetime guaranteed

Great service from Abdul as always

Barry was very helpful

Excellent customer service from Charlie helped us make an informed decision on our purchase.

Charlie was super, no hard sell, just very informative. Didn’t feel pressured at any point. Helped us make a decision based on what we were looking for. He was also very patient with us, especially when we had a baby and toddler in tow that took our attention a few times. We had to leave the first day we looked, but returned to look for him as he helped us with our decision with no influence.

Everything was explained to me including how to clean stains off.

Comfortable surroundings and easy to select a sofa, and not hassled by the staff

Relaxed helpful staff who weren’t pushy
Great range

Great staff
Barry was very helpful and polite

My wife and I popped into the Farnborough, Hampshire store to browse for a new sofa, Candace approached us and made us feel so welcome to the store, she showed exactly what we were after and she was full of knowledge on products and services available to us. The whole process of purchasing our sofa was made easy from start to finish.

Review is based on pre-delivery experience. One of six furniture stores at this ( Farnborough) retail park, but Sofology store feels in top2 in looking a little more premium, also unlike others had a choice of made to order d immediate delivery options. ( the
Tater appealed to our needs) Evan assisted us and he was helpful friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and in fairness we probably would not have purchased if he had not showed us one of the options ( powered headrest) that was not on the show model, and checked the stock levels.

Absolutely love my new sofa! Great experience buying in store. Very helpful staff and no pressure. I ended up spending more than I intended but am over the moon with my choice. Delivery was sooner than predicted and it looks great in my lounge. Soooo comfy! Would recommend.
