Excellent customer service and choice
Visited the store at Cardiff on 9th Jan. Staff were really helpful and not pushy at all. We found a few we liked and had advice from Jake on the different ones. We were left in peace to then make our decision and put an order in for the ‘Drift’ range. Great customer service, cannot fault them. Can’t comment on the settee yet but staff at store were great.

Great customer service
Great customer service received in store from Aggy, who was very knowledgeable and patient. I followed up today by phone and Aggy was able to help me make my decided purchase without having to travel back in to the store. Huge help as it's quite a journey!

Exceptionally good service - find Antonella!
Exceptionally good service from Antonella at the Cardiff Newport Road. The computer system went down on the day, and was efficiently and effectively sorted out with limited fuss, which makes me very happy and confident as a customer.
It says something of Sofology Cardiff Newport Road that, when their system failed, they sorted it with my as customer, fully informed. True test of a Customer Service philosophy and approach.
Antonella made spending money very very easy! I found her to be highly knowledgeable, confident in her product and matter of fact with advice on a considerable purchase. Speaking of which, I am delighted with my sofas.
I’m VERY happy to recommend both Antonella, and the Sofology Cardiff Newport Road, with its range of furniture.
I am a repeat customer, and this time around has been even better because of Antonella and her confident.

Excellent service
Returned to the store following a visit on Boxing Day. We were really impressed with the service we received from Jake on that day and bought the sofa from him today, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The lady looked after us 100% she was very kind and patient to help us find what we were looking for and explained the process fully to us. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee, this was the best sofa buying experience I have had.
