How difficult can it be to get reclining sofas with fabric material. Been to various companies and let down by the mix of style and the fabric offerings. So the answer is, difficult! Just wanted sofa with seat a bit deeper than the standard with good choice for fabric colours.
Then went to Sofology in Cannock and met Kim. She outlined where to look and said take your time. I did, and the choice was outstanding. Had too many choices which was bizarre.
Kim spent time with me to go through my final selection. She helped me confirm my choice and fabric type/colour. Kim let me have a fabric sample to see if it would go with décor.
This is a strange task for me as my late wife would normally do all this.
So to make things a bit different the sofas had to be dog friendly as they were my rock during hard times and the sofas were for me and them. Also getting foot stool with storage for dog toys.
Well I hope my choice is OK. Kim helped with the re-assurance I needed. So went back today and ordered it.
Kim is a lovely lady and found the time to chat things through and nothing was ever difficult. I give her 110% out of 100% and Sofology a big 100% for the choices available.
Would recommend company to anybody. Don't waist your time with other companies, just go here. You will struggle not to find what you want.

Went to sofology , cannock as we had seen a sofa on the website we wanted to try. We were greeted by Lisa who offered as tea/coffee and asked if she could help. She was able to show us the sofa we had seen and left us for a few minutes to try it and she then showed us different variations and colours etc. She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout and wasn't pushy at all. Thanks to her help we were able to purchase on the spot and we are looking forward to delivery of our new sofas. The only negative was road access to the store as not well signposted.

Customer service was excellent

Visited the store to view and possibly purchase one of their 2 seater sofa's. On entering, Linda, the store assistant, promptly came and explained how their showroom works and that they can accommodate style and range be it 2,3, chaise etc and not to dismiss any as they can alter to suit if possible. The wife and I chose the 2 seater in a bark covering and now waiting on delivering as said it could be up to 11 weeks time. Looking forward to it arriving!

Kim gave us exceptional service today, she was very polite, her welcome was a nice gentle warm greet with a good explanation of how the store worked and let us explore...when we needed a explanation on the sofa she was very good and it felt like she was just checking in on us it made us feel relaxed and free to Look. Offered a coffee and again allowed us to relax whilst looking. I never felt like we where over sold to or pushing us at all. Once we had an idea Kim was brilliant and running through the details it was very clear on the expectations and how the build of the sofa would be. Even going as far to move furniture near other furniture so we could see how it all looked together. I feel her patience with us and her ability to allow us space but attentive at the same time was brilliant for us. She is a credit to the store .
