Excellent service
Excellent service, Linda was fantastic, very informative explained everything perfectly, and makes a good tea and coffee as well 👍🏻😂 would highly recommend the Sofology Cannock Store, best price sofas we had looked at too!

Very welcoming experience
Very welcoming experience. Had a coffee while I ordered. The sales lady was so lovely, friendly, helpful, kind and just a lovely lady.
Easy process.
Although the internet system was causing the lady a problem, she was so sorry for the delay but it wasn’t her fault.

Kimberley was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the consultation. She clearly has a lot of experience and truly knows what she’s talking about when it comes to sofas. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she was very friendly and approachable, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for expert advice.
