Chilled, friendly and no pressure
The staff were very friendly. I didn’t feel pressured, they weren’t in your face, allowed you to look, try the furniture and then allowed us to approach them which I liked and then have a conversation.

What a find
What a find, and what a good service. I had to give Sofology in Cambridge a five star review simply because of the excellent service we received. Everything was explained fully to me by Ethan, so there were no surprises when the money discussion came up. Reasonable price and extremely good quality, with the added bonus it was made in Britain.

Comfy and beautiful sofa
Not only did we find the most comfiest sofa today it looks gorgeous too! Ethan was so incredibly helpful. We told him what we were looking for on arrival and he took us straight to the sofa we ended up buying. He didn’t jump on us on arrival, he let us look around and was very professional. Me and my partner often get put off a product usually by salespeople however, Ethan handled us perfectly; he was non-pushy, listened to what we wanted and gave his honest opinion, his customer service is 5* and very knowledgeable on his products carefully going through all the options with us making sure we were 100% happy.
With an arrival time of 5 weeks I didn’t think this was too bad either.
Thanks so much Ethan. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service, from the moment we walked in we felt welcome, we were served by Kahn at Cambridge. We had visited another close by well known sofa shop but chose sofology merely because of the customer service. Kahn helped us find our sofa and put no pressure on us.

Fantastic experience purchasing our Sofology sofa. Ethan from the Cambridge store was extremely helpful and made the purchase process very straight forward and comfortable. We only had to wait 2 weeks for our sofas to arrive and they’re perfect!
