A good experience at the store
On a recent visit to the store, both myself and my wife were impressed with:
A very friendly approach after given time to ask for assistance.
We felt assured and happy with the help, expertise and the outcome of the purchase on the first visit.
On our second visit further help with a query and an addition to the order was done promptly without fuss.
I would like to recommend a visit to this store.

So much selection on style, size and fabric. Really great help around the shop for all my questions which was very reassuring as this was my first time buying a sofa!

Wonderful shopping experience
Wonderful shopping experience. Sales assistant let us know she was there when we were ready, stepped back and left us to peruse. No hard sales. No interruptions.
When we did have questions she answered clearly.
We looked at other sofa stores; all the same - poor sales people hovering over us, trying the hard sell.
Went back to Sofology to look again at the sofa we liked. Another sales assistant came over and we said we’d been talking to another young lady earlier. He went and fetched her and she concluded the sale, (he could have done this himself and claimed the ‘sale’ but he didn’t).
She was very sympathetic to my mother’s situation who had recently lost her husband.
Overall, a wonderful experience and very much appreciated.
We have not yet received the sofa (purchase only made today) but so far … experience brilliant.

Happy but no discounts offered
Very happy with service but no included leather cleaning kit, no offers when spending now over 4K which is disappointing.
