Update** Reached out Slik Graphics and sent proof of items being damaged. They priority made and shipped and new set of decals to replace damaged ones. Amazing customer service and will use again as they’ve earnt the trust of a customer. The original product was of good quality but did not survive shipping, I can’t blame Slik Graphics for something outside of their control. Good people!
Original**Gutted. Ordered FOX 38 Factory Decal Kit. Bent and destroyed on delivery. Had to throw them straight out as unusable. The product looked great. But packaging didn’t survive shipment to the UK and hence product damaged. Guess I’ll have to look elsewhere.

I ordered these decals specifically for my Reserve 30 HD aluminum rims, but they were too large and extended past the edges of the rims. I sent Slik Graphics photos showing the issue, and they initially told me the measurements came from Reserve and suggested trimming the decals myself with a scalpel.

To be completely fair, they also offered to have me measure the decals so they could potentially send corrected replacements. However, after already installing them and attempting to trim them, I wasn't interested in going through the process again. I was disappointed with the product and simply wanted a refund. I explained this in my last email but did not receive a response.

I ultimately removed the decals completely. I appreciate that they offered a possible replacement, but for decals sold specifically for these rims, I expected them to fit correctly without having to measure, trim, or modify them myself.

Absolutely scam of a company. No graphics, no refund, just some garbage customer service trying to fluff you up.

Please save yourself a massive headache and order elsewhere.

I have been close to 3 months waiting ,they say response times 24 hrs not the case always at least 3days,very usual to be longer this instance 7 days if they respond on Monday. I have had delivery all be it still not completely what I ordered ,worse than that my parcel has missing and damaged decals which although maybe not slick fault they are my supplier,the envelope looked like it had been kicked from collection to delivery I spent 3 days tracking down my parcel which was claimed to have been attempted to deliver ,which was not the case,they would never have delivered as there were unpaid vat and duty on the goods another £75 cost on top of what I consider high priced priced decals. Although there are some very good reviews on here that has not been my experience,I have been dealing with two people being Robert and Ruben I have all transcript for every single conversation,and I do not consider apologies and thanks for patience to be considered customer service I have in my last email that if missing and damaged items are not resolved at close of business Monday I will be asking pay pal to raise a dispute in the case of goods not fit for purpose and I will be seeking not only decal price but duty for goods as well,not happy at all would be my advice if you want to avoid stress do not use this company

Once they have got your money,their not interested.
They did help out originally with an old shox that they had a decal for.
Ordered the £20 😳 sticker,extra for quicker postage.
Once received (few weeks) i peeled my old one off and positioned my new one,to my surprise it was longer and over lapped itself.
I emailed them stating its larger and needs to be smaller and could you send out correct size as not happy with the overlapping.

They replied sorry we cant alter size and you must have a different shox.

Nope, standard og shox for the bike!
So headed over to a Chinese site,ordered the same shox decal for a 3rd of the price and made to my size i asked for 😁

Shame,became all my boys have custom bikes and have now ordered more decals from the Chinese site.

I sent you a picture of the shox i had,you told me you can do that decal.
Its the shock that came with the specialized stuntjumper, fox ctd with the kashima coating.

Fast delivery in a proper cardboard envelope. With spare decals and stickers for laptop or car. They stick like no other and are quality decals, not think cheap stickers.

You shouldn’t order here.
They don’t follow EU consumption law, don’t refund your order in time (returned in march received in june) because „it was not delivered“ despite they didn’t pick it up at the Service Point.
Unfriendly, unprofessional. Had a very bad experience.

Went today for my car to be signed and they were super friendly super quick and the finish was perfect. Would highly recommend! Brilliant service throughout x thank you!!

Disappointed.

I used to use OEM graphics on my wheels but they no longer print them for my model; in fact: they themselves referred to Slikgraphics as an alternative.

Bought some graphics after some mail contact, which, admittedly, was helpful and fast. So for service, Slikgraphics would be a good option.

However, the quality of the product is, in my opinion, terrible. They peel off after less than half a season, compared to the old OEM graphics that lasted 2-3 seasons! And on top of that, Slikgraphics also commands a higher price. Naively one would argue that I didn't clean the rim properly; but I did the usual procedure, cleaning the rim 3 times with 99.9% IPA; just as standard. So I can only conclude the sticker adhesive is just bad.

Would not recommend to anyone.

Wanted an specific color that wasn't listet. Just added the color wish and they hit it perfect.
No extra charge.

5 days between ordering and receiving my decals.
Not the first time and certainly not the last.
The quality and fitment of Slikdecals is better than the originals.

Die Qualität ist nicht besser als die ganzen günstigen Amazon Anbieter oder auf Kleinanzeigen. Dafür sind sie aber viel viel teurer. Die Auswahl ist zwar groß aber bestellen würde ich dennoch nicht mehr. Für mich eher eine Entäuschung.

Update vom 24.04.26:
Auch wenn sich nichts daran geändert hat, dass die Aufkleber ihren Preis haben muss ich meine Bewertung fairerweise verändern. Im Hintergrund wurde Seitens des Herstellers fast alles möglich gemacht dass ich glücklich werde damit. Der Service hat definitiv 5 Sterne verdient. Nicht falsch verstehen! Ich habe nicht gesagt, dass die Kleber nichts taugen. Ich erwähnte nur, dass man das woanders günstiger bekommt. Der Service wird allerdings schwer zu toppen sein! Danke dafür

I ordered a decal for my fork that matched the color of my bike frame. When it came in, the color was slightly off. I was initially a bit disappointed, but decided to send an email to let them know about the color mismatch. They took some photos from my bike and adjusted the color and sent me a new decal kit totally free of charge! I was shocked by how great the customer service was. It is so rare these days that a company truly wants to give the best service and they definitely went above and beyond! The new decal matches perfectly and I am so happy!

This is the goto graphic company for mtb decals. Excellent quality and service. Yes there's cheaper out there but you get what you pay for.
If you want your decals to not only look awesome but last in all conditions then these are your guy's
