Glowmode, Dazy, and Shein make returns very difficult and often do not issue a refund after stating they do.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. In my experience, the return process seems designed to delay and avoid issuing refunds. I returned the merchandise using tracked shipping, and I have proof that it was delivered, including the tracking number and the name of the person who signed for the package.
They also told me that my refund had been sent to my bank / PayPal and provided what they said were receipt or reference numbers. However, I was unable to verify those references, and I never received the refund.
The entire experience has been nothing but delays, excuses, and frustration. Customer service has been completely unhelpful and has made what should have been a straightforward return unnecessarily difficult.
My advice is simple: DON'T WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS BRAND.
I returned the product in the first place because the quality was no better than many much cheaper brands. In my experience, you're paying premium prices for below average-quality products and terrible after-sales service.

I brought leggings as shown on shops picture and they are lose fitting at the bottom. To return is very cumbersome I am very disappointed and give them a zero rating for this alone. You can't advertise a product and sell something different to what you ordered but that's Glowmode for you they don't care.

Extremely disappointing experience trying to obtain a refund.

I returned my order over a month ago and have still not received my money back. What’s most frustrating is that customer service keeps insisting that the refund has been processed, yet my payment provider has confirmed that no refund has been received.

I’ve contacted the company multiple times and instead of investigating the issue properly, I seem to receive the same generic response over and over again. No proof of the refund transaction has been provided, and no one appears willing to take ownership of resolving the problem.

Mistakes can happen, but the lack of meaningful support and the endless cycle of repeated responses have turned what should have been a straightforward refund into a very frustrating experience.

Until this issue is resolved, I would be very cautious about ordering from this company.

Ho acquistato dei capi da questo sito Internet, ma sfortunatamente 2 su 3 non vanno bene.

Ho quindi seguito la procedura di reso che prevedeva questo:

- reso con corriere da loro deciso (UPS o DHL per l’Italia)

- spese di reso a mio carico (per la modica cifra di 14,53 euro)

Ho quindi creato etichetta UPS e spedito il pacco a mie spese.

Dopo una settimana di segnalazioni da parte di UPS, che inoltravo tempestivamente a Glowmode per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti, oggi il mio pacco mi è stato restituito da UPS, con un’aggiunta di altri 14,53 euro per la restituzione!!!) con questa motivazione:

“Non siamo stati in grado di recuperare l'indirizzo corretto del destinatario, il pacco verrà restituito al mittente.”

Ci tengo a precisare che l’indirizzo di destinazione che ho utilizzato è quello che Glowmode ha indicato nella pratica di reso.

Sto continuando a mandare segnalazioni, ma le loro risposte sono solamente frasi fatte per prendere tempo.

Non consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE a nessuno Glowmode per i vostri acquisti, a prescindere dalla qualità della merce.

I have been back and forth with Klarna and Glowmode I made a purchase for leggings but I was charged twice for one transaction, Klarna forwarded me on all the relevant information to pass onto them and they are not responding to help me so I am being charged twice for just one order !!!!!!

This was my first time ordering from Glowmode, and it will be my last.

I ordered a matching set but only received the bottom. The top was canceled and labeled as a “sensitive item,” with no clear explanation. There is nothing about a basic clothing top that would reasonably be considered sensitive, and the wording was confusing and concerning.

I reached out to customer service for clarification and requested to cancel the entire order and return everything. Despite contacting them, they still did not explain why the item was canceled and did not provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Instead of clear communication or a proper resolution, I was left with an incomplete order and unanswered questions. Transparency and customer service are critical, especially for a first-time customer, and this experience fell far short.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Glowmode.

You get an order conformation but not specifiying the clothes you ordered which already felt sus. I was already dreading something like this based on the prices (which are low).
I received all the items I orderd within 7 days, which I think is very accaptable. Though not having it in the confirmation email they seem to be exactly the clothes I ordered.
I haven't tried the clothes yet. The feel is of suprisingly decent quality. They smell a bit weird but hopefully a round in the wash wil fix that.
However, I do feel a bit scammed that they just send their clothes (through? as a part of?) Shein. I choose to not shop there and am a bit disappointed. The expierence is accaptable but just know what you're buying and make it a purposeful choice.
