Great designs, jacket looks great for far away. Quality of stitching on patches is awful. Doesn't even attempt to follow the edges. Dissapointed for the price

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The most incredible cotton I’ve ever felt!

I recently received my Sabbi Kindness Tee, and WOW! I am absolutely blown away by the quality! I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever experienced cotton this beautifully soft in my life. The feeling of this fabric against my skin is unlike anything I’ve ever worn. It’s unbelievably soft, luxurious and an absolute dream to wear.

I honestly don’t think I ever want to wear another brand of T-shirt again! That’s how incredible it feels.

First purchase with this company and there has been a non-delivery issue. Non responsive to an email request for help obtaining the products I purchased. Extremely disappointing after paying an additional fee for “delivery insurance”(?) Would not recommend.

The oversized shirts are such a weird fit and waaaay too oversized to the point the XS looks like a mumu - don’t bother if you’re under 5”9.

Their returns policy to exchange to a different size is terrible also - you have to pay for postage to return the parcel and then another $14 to get it redelivered… so choose wisely first go because if you want to change to the right size you’ll end up paying close to $30 extra to get it. Also if you do accidentally order the wrong size and email them *within the hour* of placing the order (40 mins to be exact in my case) they won’t change the size for you… apparently it’s too late (even though it wasn’t posted from their warehouse until 2 days later).

A friend also had issues with buying the same pants and they arrived in different lengths so there is definitely some inconsistency in their sizing.

Had THE BEST costumer service experience. I live in The Netherlands and ordered a padded bomber which I had my eye on for quite a while. But ordering from Australia can be quite expensive with customs clearance etc. Unfortunately the jacket was faulty. Some of the embroidery wasn’t stitched properly. I sent an email to customer service and they sent me a new one for free and I could keep the faulty one. Shipping is VERY fast. I received both jackets in under a week’s time after placing the order. Thanks again kind people! I love my jacket and can’t wait to wear it ❤️

I just bought the Neigh Sayer Long Sleeve Tee in Green and absolutely love it. Can't believe how quick it arrived - 3 days from Australia to London, which is impressive! Now that I know how the oversized tee's fit on me, I'll definitely be ordering more. Thanks for a great service.

Bought a sweatshirt from this website. My order was placed on September 4th. I reached out to them on September 11th because I did not receive tracking info. This was the response I received:
“ We ship all our US orders through a US-based 3PL (third-party logistics provider). This means your order is first shipped from Australia in bulk to the US warehouse, and once it arrives there, it will be dispatched to you individually. Please also keep in mind that it can take up to 25 days to receive your shipping notification from the 3PL team.
Unfortunately, because of this process, we're unable to provide an exact delivery timeframe or tracking updates until your order reaches the 3PL warehouse.
As soon as your package is received at the 3PL, you’ll be sent tracking details directly from them.”

I received an email notification today 9/24/26 that I was refunded for the sweatshirt.
I emailed them to inquire why.
This is the response I received:
“ I’m so sorry, but unfortunately your order has gone missing in transit.
We’ve now fully refunded your order back to your original payment method.
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused”

Overall, very unprofessional and just seems very sketchy. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

Sent my package I ordered in one in two packages causing me to have to pay duties twice it almost $200 on the same order. Then tried to blame dhl and asked me to waste my time trying to make a claim with dhl. This company is a joke. Zero care for their customers, zero!! Run!!

I have just received My T shirt and I was really excited until I realised the actual fade on the shirt is quite high compared to the visuals on their website...I have worn or washed it yet but it feels incredibly cool to wear on these upcoming summer nights ..It strongly indicates "the actual color" but it is strongly faded as i would have preferred for the price to have the color fade depending on my washes ...

Have bought the gingham jacket and a waffle oversized tee recently and the quality is just awful.
Threads loose and the acid wash effect of the fabric (on the tee shirt) gives garbage dump asthetic and not "lived in".
The fit is super weird (oversized, as expected but inconsistent with other similarly described tees.. more like just BIG).
I was really excited for the jacket. The style is nice, but once again the fabric just really falls short of the $200+ price tag.
It looks like its been worn for years already (and not in a cool way), extremely faded and with the waistband already stretched out of shape before its even worn... it's a hard no from me.

My advice is save your money and buy some real designer clothing thay will last a lifetime, not something that's hyped up on social media that's essentially fast fashion with better marketing.

I will mention that I bought (new) from a store in NZ and not the sabbi website.

Loved these at first.. but after washing 5x different tshirts theyv all turned to shit. ALL COLLARS have stretched out to the point they look like a car was wearing it. It doesn't sit on the neck anymore, but now is angled in mid air. The bright color shirts have bled into white/light colour necklace band. 1 has faded yellow. There pants are great. Love them. When there not sold out. Sad now I cant buy anymore shirts caused I loved them on day 1. Not to mention the 10 blk shirt has all these ends of cotton sticking out the 1 and 0 at front.

Meine erste Bestellung bei SABBI und ich war ehrlich gesagt vom Kundenservice sehr überrascht. Die Jacke kam mit einem
Materialfehler bei mir an. Mir wurden zwei Möglichkeiten angeboten: entweder eine ganz neue Jacke mit allen Kosten von sabbi übernommen oder Erstattung. Ich habe die Erstattung gewählt und ich hatte mein Geld am nächsten Tag am Konto.
Das einzige, dass mich etwas geärgert hatte, die zusätzlichen Zollgebühren! Sprich zu dem Kaufpreis und dem internationalen Versand, musste ich 95€ Zoll bezahlen. Im großen und Ganzen hat alles super funktioniert. Danke für das tolle Kundenservice

I am confused why all the bad reviews. I have bought 8 items from Sabbi and i LOVE all of them. Quality is amazing. All oversized which is stated clearly in description on site, when i purchased. If that's not your vibe, read the descriptions more carefully or don't buy from them. One item was sent in the wrong size, so i emailed, and within 5 min, I was responded to with a swift resolution. Couldn't be happier.

My order confirmation showed a completely different product in a completely different size to the item I had selected. I contacted the company within an hour of receiving the confirmation, followed up multiple times by email and Instagram before the order was dispatched, yet no attempt was made to rectify the issue. They neither offered to send the item I had intended to purchase nor provided a prepaid return label for the unopened item they sent. Instead, I was expected to spend my own time and money returning a product that I maintain I never selected, making for an extremely disappointing customer experience.

Paid over 150 US dollars for the Camo jacket. Was totally excited since i Loved their etos and style. But It was lowkey not worth it. They promise highQuality fabrics, but the jacket is synthetic all over. (Made in China).

Returns policy is a mess. All i wanted was a simple exchange. I now have paid for the original shipping cost, the return cost AND shipping of the new item (literally just a different size). So that's $45 for a $99 item. I also live a few suburbs from their warehouse! Ridiculous.

I like the items but I wont be shopping with them again until they work on their returns policy. For an online store to make it this expensive and difficult just to exchange is beyond me.

The Camo Bomber is completely synthetic and sleeves are way too long covered the whole arm (annoying).
Didn’t offer any help and I ended having to pay for the return- therefore it cost me over $30 to try it on. They took fees from my purchase price and return postage was $20. Still waiting for the customer service teem to help.

Ive made my first order and there was an issue with it as Clearpay/afterpay charged me and sabbi never had a record of it

First the customer care wasn’t much helpful and I felt like they didn’t care about their customer but then everything got sorted now changing my bad review 1 star to 5

The quality dramatically differs between shirts. The return process is a nightmare internationally and they do not provide prepaid or reasonably priced return labels. It was expected to pay over $200 to return items that didn't even cost that much. Customer service was confusing and gave conflicting answers, ultimately leading to no resolution. Essentially said they would provide a prepaid label, then apologized for "confusion", and later on said they sent the email about a prepaid label "in error". Will not be purchasing from this brand again.
