Awesome store!
Very happy with my order.
Arrived in perfect condition.
5 star *****

had my heart set on a pair of trainers that had limited stock. placed an order (cheapest price as well) and got them a couple of days later by royal mail (my preferred delivery method). made a couple on enquiries and they were promptly dealt with. really chuffed.

Second time I used this site. Really disappointing. A board for my son’s birthday purchased well in advance arrived as totally the wrong order, I got someone else’s board. Now mine is out of stock. I’ve asked for a refund; but also note the board wasn’t packaged very well. Simply in a slip of thin plastic rattling around a large box, no bubble wrap or extra protection. Now I’m waiting for dhl to pick up the erroneous order at my inconvenience- and decided to get a refund and go with another website. Lack of care - the only saving grace is that customer services were on the ball and replied straight away. Pity….

Bought a few items from Rollersnakes over the years, the service is always excellent and returns are dealt with promptly. The range is varied and they often have very good sale prices or multiple item deals.

I bought a pair of Vans in December from the Rollersnakes website with a manufacturing issue after 6 months. I then contacted customer support and a very helpful team member, Rob Johnson, assisted me with a return. I had originally wanted to exchange for a brand new pair of the same but saw that there were boots of the same brand and value as my returned pair on the website and took a change in asking if I could exchange for the boots. Rob promptly responded and I was able to get the boots within a few days! I was so grateful and absolutely love my boots!

I had the most wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my boots. Royal Mail had managed to lose my boots that I had paid next day delivery for. Rob at Rollersnakes hand delivered the replacement pair.. ! Couldn’t recommend this business enough. The world would be a better place if we conducted ourselves like these guys do! Thank you!!! ☺️☺️

My first time using Rollersnakes, I ordered some sunglasses. The packaging and delivery were superb, I had a problem with the item itself which was resolved quickly and efficiently. The customer service is exceptional to say the least.

I have no faults with the product and what Rollersnakes has offered as a service.

5*, will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Second to none for customer service. What a joy to use a company that just want to help when you next exchange an exchange!! Couldn’t fault the service I received and how friendly the voice at the other end of the phone was. helping me. I have just bought a 2nd pair of trainers. Will always be my first go to company for looking for the style of trainers.
Well done Rollersnakes, you have nailed it!!! 🥳🥳🥳

What an awesome company, great stock levels and options for almost everything they sell delivery option were spot on and whoever picks, packs and dispatches the orders obviously works fast and efficiently. Website is well laid out and user friendly.
If like me you need to contact the store Rob was beyond helpful and this is such a refreshing change to having to deal with a.i. like you have to with any large company.
You don't get hassled to write a review after you place your order either and for me that is another big positive.
I was even lucky enough to receive some freebies when my order arrived so I really have no complaints. I will now be using rollersnakes as my benchmark for a good online shopping experience.
I will be using these guys for anything I need in the future.
Keep doing what you're doing.

Had some very refreshing customer service from Rob after my delivery was delayed (courier fault).

Great communication and prompt actions.

Good kit.

What an amazing friendly and honest company that actually take the time to chat. Had Rob ring me back after he missed my call and deal with my enquiry and my son is made up with the clothes

Great selection and brilliant quality!!!

Rollersnakes is the best shop. I have been a customer for 15 years, their customer service is second to none, their stuff is always spot on! Thanks guys

Thanks to Ryan helping me today when I popped into Rollersnakes. Great customer service when helping me pick a gift for someone.

A big thank you to rob for handling my mistake today. Shopped a rollersnakes for years now, never had a problem as items and delivery are always spot on. Had a minor discrepancy today and spoke to rob in customer service. What a lovely guy resolved my problem with care and professionalism and was a pleasure to chat with cementing my loyalty to shop here. So thanks again rob and I will always be coming back for more items(trainers and boots) would definitely recommend shopping here as prices are great too.

Iv'e been a online customer of Rollersnakes for a long time now & iv'e never been let down, they always have great things in stock & great sales too!

Placed an order with standard delivery, it arrived next day. Customer services are always a pleasure. It was just a shame they didnt have my blades in my size.

I noticed after I had ordered that the delivery address was wrong. I contacted Rollersnakes and was helped by Christian who sorted everything out for me. Will definitely use again.

Great and fast service no pushy sales! Would definitely come back! It’s a shame it’s an hour and a half from us! Thanks for your help!

After a bit of initial miscommunication, Rob really went above and beyond to make sure some snowboard pants arrived in time for my son’s school ski trip (hand delivered). The service was excellent and the product is great quality. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Fantastic customer service, so much helpful and friendly expert advice on my skates and fast delivery of a great product!
What more could anyone want
