Dont buy from this site. Ordered a case 7 days ago. They took the money right away. And they still have not sent the case.
Will newer buy anything from them again.

Do not trust this company at all. All it deserves is to go under. Ordered my items around a month ago, 55€ worth of items + 15€ of shipping. Contacted their customer support, they never answered.
Companies like that should go under.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I placed an order on their website and over a month later it's still not delivered. Whilst there could be good reasons for this, in this case, the shipment has been stuck for three weeks in customs with no update. I contacted Ringke's Customer Service three times, an no-one ever got back to me.

To make matters worse, only after I had placed the order was I informed about additional surcharges relating to the new EU regulations on low-value shipments (aka Anti-Shein/Temu law). I was then asked whether I wanted to proceed or cancel. Any additional costs like this should have been clearly communicated on the website and at checkout - not sprung on customers after payment.

The combination of the shipping delay, poor communication, and unexpected post-purchase charges has been extremely frustrating. I’ve now requested a cancellation and full refund. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

. I purchased Ringke’s most expensive USB-C to USB-C cable because it was advertised as a premium and durable product. However, after only a few months of light use, it started disconnecting and reconnecting whenever the cable was moved slightly. I contacted support with the invoice and explained the issue, but I didn’t receive a replacement or refund. Based on my personal experience, I was disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales support.

I placed an order for an apple watch strap and received no shipping update after 1 month, I reached out to request either a refund or any shipping information and they simply do not reply. Wish I had checked trust pilot before placing an order. Hope I can get a refund.

I bought a case for iPhone 16 Pro Max and unfortunately it doesn’t fit at all. The edges stick out and the case does not fit properly, making the whole case uncomfortable to hold. I expected more from this brand, but this case feels like a cheap 1 dollar case I once ordered on Temu. Honestly, it’s unusable and only good for throwing away.

The item never arrived. For months the seller was telling me to wait more time. Then actually admitted that the shipping was lost in transit, promised the refund which was never processed and the money didn’t reach my bank account. This case is ongoing for 11 months now. Still didn’t receive the refund or the phone case. Absolute scam. Anything said in the email sent from the seller is a lie. AVOID

I ordered and paid for a Ringke Onyx case for my Pixel phone on February 26. Despite the purchase being confirmed, the item wasn’t shipped until March 12—over two weeks later, with no explanation for the delay. Now, a month after my order, it is still in transit. The slow processing and shipping time are unacceptable. Would not recommend if you need your items in a reasonable timeframe.
