Wow — this is 5-star customer service!

I purchased two bedding forks and four small tubs and was expecting them to arrive within 2–4 days, but they arrived the very next day! So impressive!

I absolutely love the forks — they are perfect for the job, really sturdy yet lightweight and easy to use. The tubs are flexible, practical and just the right size for what I needed them for.

Everything was also extremely well packaged, so the whole experience from ordering to delivery was excellent.

Really pleased with the items I bought from Red Gorilla, delivery was a long time but I think that is more down to the courier than the company

The delivery was delayed due to some stock taking issue on the day we ordered, and the spade arrived with a bad scratch on it (but it is just a spade). Otherwise there were no issues

The original tubs I bought years ago are still going strong but these new ones are terrible compared to the old ones……..handles break and the material is not as durable

Bought these steps earlier in the year and they are great. Unfortunately for me I had to replace them as a friend ran over them with her horse box. Hope I don’t have to buy another set first a while ☺️

The good thing is the Buckets are so strong and horses like them the down side is they take so long to be delivered xx
