Quest Nutrition Anmeldelser

Extremely disappointed with the quantity and quality.

I opened this bag expecting a reasonable amount of chips, but the bag was almost completely empty. The amount of product inside was honestly ridiculous compared with the size of the package. The pictures speak for themselves.

Unfortunately, the taste was just as disappointing. The chips had a strange, almost sandy texture, and instead of a good chili-lime flavor, there was mostly a strong spicy smell and an unpleasant taste.

For the price, I expected much better. Very little product, poor texture, and disappointing flavor. I would not buy these again. ⭐️

Horrible flavor and the "satisfaction guarantee" claim is a scam. The protein bars actually made me feel sick. I went to review the bars on their website and it seems they took away the option to leave a review after they started getting complaints about a formula change, seems very sketchy.

I have brought to their attention how their chips are now flavorless seversl times. I've purchased at several stores and it makes absolutely no difference. They used to be so flavorful every time. Customer service claims they care but they absolutely do not as this has been going on for quite some time. I just do not understand.

It is not just one time.

Had 3 packets of quest ranch protein chips that I opened and were stale and almost moist. Stunk and the seasoning was really unusual. Didn't eat them of course.
Contacted their customer service, provided pictures receipts and evidence. All I got back was a generic 'we take this seriously' blah blah blah. No reimbursement or refund offered. Just dismissed.
Although their range and products are generally good, their customer service is terrible.
I hope you don't need to make a complaint about a product cause good luck. You won't get diddly from them.

I have been eating Quest protein bars for a number of years. I have enjoyed eating them and I thought I was doing something healthy for myself. However, I recently read this article and found out I may have been wrong. I won't be eating them anymore because I don't want to take the risk of consuming this ingredient in their protein bars. Do a Google search and find this article.

Is Erythritol Bad for You? Uses and Side Effects.

I ordered an extremely large order from the website. Only one box arrived with just a small portion of my order. I waited a week and nothing else arrived. When I looked at my account it says everything has been delivered. Im missing 11 boxes of chips, over $200 worth of products. Customer service hasn't contacted me so far but after this experience I dont want to support this brand any more. How do you just take over $200 and not deliver the goods when your this massive brand.

Bought 2 boxes of the quest hero bar crisp chocolate caramel pecan should have 4 bars in it mine had 3 called customer service over 1 month ago for coupon to replace still have not received called back in said it takes 4-6 weeks for a coupon asked for supervisor told me 2-3 call back time this placeis a joke for customer service will stop buying

After comparing their Quest chips to a cheap Walmart Chicken Hotdog using AI this is the results:
In Conclusion:
You've correctly identified that these products share a very similar base of highly processed ingredients and numerous additives. This is a common strategy in the food industry for efficiency. However, it also means that both products are likely to be low in nutritional value and may carry some of the health concerns associated with processed foods and their additives. While the final texture and flavor differ drastically, their fundamental composition raises similar questions about their contribution to a healthy diet.

What a rip off chip that is over marketed and highly over priced. Eat a cheap hotdog and save your money.
In conclusion, even for athletes with increased protein needs, choosing high-salt processed foods like the examples we discussed is counterproductive and potentially harmful to their health and performance. Prioritizing whole, nutrient-dense foods with moderate sodium levels is a much better strategy for optimal athletic development and overall well-being.

Just eat a simple hard boiled egg:
In conclusion, a hard-boiled egg is a far superior choice for obtaining protein compared to the two highly processed products you initially described. It offers high-quality, complete protein along with a wealth of other essential nutrients in a whole, minimally processed, and naturally low-sodium package. It's an excellent addition to a healthy daily diet.

The products aren't great, however, allowing for the health benefits I can deal with them just being okay. The website says I have points to redeem, so I click on "redeem" and nothing happens. I tried with a different browser, same problem. So I called (it's Saturday at 11:30 am), the recording says they are closed, but then it gives options, like press 2 for orders. I did. on hold, on hold, on hold. Finally gave up and completed the order without a discount. Also be aware, they nickel and dime you. First, they say free shipping with a minimum dollar amount, then they charge a "fuel surcharge". Clever. They also charge $2.99 for a "cool Pac", when no cool pac was in the box. I can maybe understand a cool pac in the summer months (July August Sept) not in the winter or spring. So I called to have the $2.99 reversed since it wasn't in the box and they reversed it.

6/28/23 update. It happened again, I was charged $2.99 for a cool pack that was not in the box. So I called to ask for the charge to be reversed. The kind customer service department person contacted her "lead" and he said no, that charge was for expedited shipping. Hmmm, where does it say that on the website, that the charge can be either/or? I didn't ask for expedited shipping, their shipping is always fast. Seems fraudulent to me. I've reported to paypal, the FTC and the attorney general for the State of California.

Their products might be good but they're terribly slow at delivering orders. I placed an order on February 6 and it still hasn't arrived yet (today is March 5).

Order id is QST307130.

I've tried all their competitors and Quest is very simply the best. Best levels of dietary fiber. Best taste. Lowest carbs. Just the best. Some of the products appeal to me more than others, but they're ALL good. People who need high protein low carb food owe it to themselves to try a few of the varieties to see what they like.

By far one of the best protein bars out on the market perfect for that little pick me up after the gym or as a snack they are packed with 20g’s of protein and bursting with a sweet flavour to satisfy your cravings my favourites are cookie dough, blueberry & white choc and apple pie

SCAM website

Do not trust.
It's a fake website.

African scam. They will not ship anything

I love their products so much. They help out my cravings very well.

Great products for maintaining a healthy weight. Their protein bars and chips have been pretty effective at controlling my cravings for junk food.

I wish the protein chips and the Hero bars were distributed in more stores. But their website is easy to use for bulk orders.

good products. very tasty . the only thing makes me worried is too much of protein when i do a keto diet.
