Great communication and a lovely experienced sonographer who explained everything as she went on. Clean facilities and very quick results.

Would have given 5*, however, the clinic cancelled my original scheduled appointment last minute.
The clinician was very professional and images/report was emailed to me within the hour after procedure.
Would definitely use again.

The scan information on what is included was very clear online. Appointment was available immediately & easy to book!

Reassuring, professional and helpful. So pleased I booked this as I didn’t want to wait 6 weeks for NHS. The sonographer talked me through all the findings and I came away with the knowledge and information needed to give my GPs for next steps to resolve the issues. Thoroughly recommend. Tje report and images are thorough and I can share these with my GP.

Carotid Artery Ultrasound Scant +CIMT
I was seen on time staff were very helpful and explained the procedure. I was able to see the images on the screen during the scan and the results were explained and discussed with me. The images and measurements were emailed to me for my records so that I could share them with my GP. A very quick efficient service.

I had a really lovely experience with phoenix ultrasound. My practitioner was extremely professional and so kind. he explained everything to me and any questions I had he answered thoroughly. I had the results almost immediately. I can recommend phoenix to all with confidence.

I had a wonderful experience at Phoenix…
I had a wonderful experience at Phoenix Ultrasound. The sonographer, Gwen, was amazing — warm, with a lovely bedside manner that put me completely at ease throughout the appointment.
She was thorough during the scan, and I received my report promptly within just a few hours. The report itself was excellent — very detailed, with photographs of the findings included.
I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!
