Deceitful liars that cannot be trusted.

I submitted another review for Scruffs of the Klyne Group after they failed to respond to all customer support queries. They responded and said they had no record of any of my messages. This was a blatant lie. I updated my review to point out their lie, they failed to respond and admit the truth.

Meanwhile behind the scenes, they suddenly discover my message, finally reply to me with NO APOLOGY, they evade addressing their poor customer service, they fail to even mention the delay, the faulty chat service, and then their answer to the original query makes no sense at all.

Obviously they have lost all my custom. Can't be trusted. Despicable service from Scruffs and The Klyne Group. Despicable attitude to their customers.

Terrible experience and customer service. Ordered on Thursday 1st for next day delivery. No communication and nothing turned up. Then on the 13th October I got an email saying my order had been cancelled without any explanation. Will never order again from here…

They also have not posted my review on their website despite me verifying it…to me this is rather dodgy

Order not delivered and no response from Customer Services

I placed order S41797 on 27 August and the order has not been delivered. I emailed Customer Services on 14 September requesting an update following the failed delivery but, despite the website stating that they respond within one working day, I have received no response.

Rather frustratingly, I have since received an automated email asking me to review the products I haven't received.

I have now formally requested a full refund. I have previously been very happy with Scruffs products and had intended to reorder, so the lack of communication is particularly disappointing. I will update this review if the matter is resolved promptly.

Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size bed for our dog. Whilst the bed appears to be good quality, the customer service is incredibly poor. You have to contact the company for a return number but it seems impossible, no response to email, online chat unavailable and an extension search for a phone number! Frustratingly this is an answer phone they seem to ignore.
Left with an expensive bed that is unusable.

Brilliant product, the bowels are perfect for my Frenchie, sturdy, well made and look great.
Communication and service was perfect, item delivered when said with updates along the way.
Would definitely recommend Petslovescruffs.

Unfortunately a similar experience to others on here with a faulty cat fountain that is leaking everywhere, it's instructions ask you to do something which is impossible and the water seeps out of the ceramic.

Live chat never works so I emailed early in the week with no response, I just rung as I thought that would be better and got the answering machine even though customer service is open throughout the week apparently.

It seems like they're basically a drop ship company for items that come in from china etc. Because there's no way a legitimate company would sell such a faulty item. Disappointed!!

​While the look of the ceramic cat fountain is lovely, the product itself is disappointingly non-functional and flawed.

Based on our observation, the issue is that the material used for the filter does not allow the water to pass through correctly. This causes the water to back up and enter the pump mechanism through the wire connection, leading to significant leaks.

​We bought ours a month ago, and we have literally had to put it inside a baking tray to catch the continuous water leaks on our floor.

Customer Service support has been equally frustrating. I have emailed customer service several times, providing pictures as evidence. They are incredibly difficult to reach. They did finally get back to me to offer a choice between a refund or a replacement, originally we thought it might have been a one off flaw so asked for a replacement but after I replied, they completely ghosted me and have yet to get any confirmation from them.

I have also tried messaging them on Instagram, and they are ignoring that too. I feel completely scammed at this point.

Nobody answers customer service. It’s been a week and the order is not here. Tracking number doesn’t work that was provided. About to make a section 75 credit card claim. Avoid.

Bought a ceramic cat fountain and replacement filters, set up as instructed and it leaks water all over place, via the clit in the rubber bung that connects the power cable to the pump. Clearly it's not water tight and not fit for purpose. Not had a reply to my concern, online chat never seems to be working and no number to call. I want to return it but so far not heard from anyone despite the promise of a 24hr response

I really don't like to leave negative reviews but I have given this company multiple time and opportunity to resolve my issues and I have had to give up.

I bought a blanket and mat. The mat arrived bent and the blanket - despite the cost of £28 shed on touch. It is no way at all fit for purpose when the purpose is for a pet and to lay it over furniture. I sent the company photos last Wednesday. They took a day to respond to ask me to send photos and details. I did this already but did it again so as to not be difficult. They then said they would collect or replace. I said I will return for a refund. This email exchange took another 2 days due to their super slow response times. They finally came back to me to say they don't do return labels but they will give me return info. I then asked for said info and they come back with an address. So now its assumed I will pay the cost of postage for faulty/not fit for purpose items.

It's been a week since the original email I sent. This type of issue is usually resolved in 24-28 hour TOPS!

I have given up now because the response time and communication is so poor. I have paid the postage myself but learnt a lesson here.

Bought what I thought was a premium bed for the pup, 18 months and it's completely faded! Not a little, a complete change in colour. Contacted customer services and was told 'it's general wear and tear and therefore outside of warranty, we recommend you purchase a new product from our range'... they must be having a laugh.

Incredible product, the very best customer service and most importantly our pups love love love the beds and all their accessories!

Came very quickly and is brilliant quality, my cats love their new tree, would definitely reccomend.

I was recommended the cat bowls after adopting a cat from the cats protection centre. They arrived in perfect condition and my older/mature cat loves to eat from them.
Very quick delivery and very highly recommended.

The XL Ellen donut dog bed I ordered was great but was too big so I returned it and ordered the medium size and paid extra for next day delivery ….so far so good.

Then the problems started - with DHL - who took 5 days to deliver it! This is a complaint about them I suppose not Scruffs. Maybe they should change their delivery company as they have a good product but it was very irritating having to wait for it and being constantly sent emails saying it would be delivered and then not doing so.

Scruffs did refund the next day delivery charge and the cost of the first bed so service was ok, but it was an aggravating experience.

I bought Oxford bed thinking it’s orthopaedic bed with a firm foam, in fact it’s so lumpy, I don’t know how it can be called orthopaedic. After one use I can see visible flattening where the dog was lying.

It’s just low quality foam, a pillow for £20 is better than this. Even the cover doesn’t fit the bed fully, it’s too big and moves all the time.
It’s ridiculous. It’s not worth the money!
