The products are cheaply made, and they do take forever to ship. I have been waiting almost 2 full weeks, and no one can tell me where my shipment is.

I ordered birthday decor on 9/25, it was noted on their website when I ordered shipping would be 10/1/26 ( that's plenty of time for an event on 10/5). Side note: they must have switched from whatever shipping they used to have to Amazon Shipping, and as of today my items are late and plan to arrive tomorrow morning 10/6, after my event.
If you plan to order anything on Oriental Trading Co. make sure you order three weeks in advance or pay for expedited services. So disappointed! The chat bot will not budge from their delivery time frame with regards to refunds or canceling the order. I'm sorry - but OTC did nothing with the items for a week before items were shipped. Gosh I miss Party City!

I purchased the 3000 piece bulk assortment for roughly $165. This comes out to 5.5 cents per piece. The majority of this candy was fake knock off low quality candy. Some of it was partially filled factory rejects such as smarties only half or 3/4 full. Tootsie rolls that tasted old. And fake dumdums made with fake sugar. Knock off pixi stirs that tasted foul. Ihave a huge Halloween event every year ...i give out hotdogs chips sodas and tons of candy .For the money I spent to be able to give my trick or treaters the good stuff to now be known as the house that gave them garbage. I am embarrassed . I have been buying for years. Now they pass off junk , factory rejects..and old unsellable candy no one wants

Absolutely unacceptable customer service and billing.

We placed an order on 8/28 with FREE SHIPPING and never selected Next Day Air. Our order arrived on 9/2, exactly as expected. Then on 9/3, we received a duplicate of the exact same order that we never placed, shipped Next Day Air. We returned the duplicate as a courtesy.

Then, on 9/25 — nearly a month after our original order — Oriental Trading charged our credit card $39.99 for Next Day Air that we never requested or authorized.

I contacted customer service. The first representative wouldn't even tell me what the charge was for. The second representative claimed we had selected Next Day Air. When I explained that our receipt clearly says FREE SHIPPING, I was told it was a system error and that there was nothing they could do. The representative then ended the conversation.

So Oriental Trading made a shipping error, sent us merchandise we never ordered, we went out of our way to return it, and then they charged us $39.99 for their own shipping error. When we tried to get an explanation, customer service refused to resolve it.

Keep a very close eye on your credit card after ordering from this company. This experience has completely changed my view of Oriental Trading, and I will not be ordering from them again.

Company created an automatic subscription without knowledge or receipt indicate service. Will not refund charges even through nothing was purchased from the company. OTC Brands listed in Credit card. BEWARE of malicious business practices.

My name is Jamie Leary and I order the color by number mystery mosaic coloring books and the pencils that go with them and I love them it really helps me to relax and I was wondering if you guys could sell the pencils individually cause when I color I use like the 14 and 19 pencil faster than like 25 or 26 I think it's a good idea

Light up battery powered Halloween rings for children should be avoided. They come with a large warning on the box as each ring has a button battery which is dangerous to ingest. In that they are for Halloween when most treats are edible, poses very great risk. The rings are also not attractive; bulky with poorly printed images. I do not recommend.

I am not buying anything from them anymore. I’m sure there are great products that customers get but the last two products haven’t been good.
My first order then cut out came bent … fine… they helped

My next order which was partially my fault bc I didn’t open when I got it was missing the frame. I understand it was 2 months
Later but I didn’t open bc I have a toddler that is into everything and didn’t want to ruin.
Also his birthday in August so it was out of sight until then.

No one can help and I wish there was a 60 or 90 day at least exchange policy

Totally got ripped off

Don’t know how this company stays in business! Placed an order for a bday and one item needed to have a name placed on it. Placed the order in advance so would have on time. They put the charge on my cc and then emailed me at the 11 th hour that they didn’t have the order!!?? Spoke to two useless customer service reps and then had to get a supervisor that would give me a $10 credit to my order but couldn’t guarantee that I would receive on time!! And the emails had two order numbers and when I called they couldn’t find the order. Am I missing something here?? Stay away from this company! Don’t order from them if you have a deadline!

I ordered from Oriental Trading Company for years and was very satisfied. NOW, forget it. Since they've begun using SpeedX for shipping, it's a crap shoot on whether you will receive your order. If you do receive it, it'll be about 3 to 4 weeks after the initial date stated.

Beware. This company will sign you up for a "Fun Rewards+" program which will charge your card $16.95 a month. When I went on their website, I could not find where or how to cancel from the Oriental Trading Company Website. Reported to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge. Called the OTC customer service who transferred me to Fun Rewards customer service and cancelled the program. Reported to BBB, and I am not the only one who had this automatic charge issue.

Nobody does it better than Oriental Trading Co! My favorite, the Cardboard Cutouts, are Amazing! From pale to dark skin, detail is there that is so hard for others to get right. The grandkids love seeing themselves and talking to them and having their picture taken with them! Boys and girls alike! And you'll never find better pricing. These are their best kept secret!

I ordered some gift bags that I needed for a party. They never came. I called them and hey said they would over night the bags, and they never came! Do not trust this site with anything important! My original order says it is still on its way that is a week AFTER it was supposed to be here! Very disappointed!

Delayed Shipping - By the estimated delivery date, they still hadn't shipped the item.

I have ordered for years and their customer service was great. Recently after receiving a late shipment all I got was a dismissive email and a return label (which I didn't ask for) and if course No apology no coupon. The least they could dp was to wave the return shipping. For 3 days it said it woukd arrive on time. It arrived 3 days after. Disappointing

I placed an order. The items were a lot smaller than depicted and they sent a double order which charge me twice. I tried to tell them that they were sending two orders. They kept telling me that no the charges were gonna drop off. They were just pending. they charge my account twice. I'll never do business with them again horrible customer service.

Was excited to order graduation thing from them. Ordered through one of many emails that said free shipping. Charged me $6.99 to ship 30 small pieces of paper. Contacted customer service- was told they couldn’t adjust it. That is a lie. Will never order with them again 😡😡

My order was never delivered! They canceled my original order and replaced it with a second order and they lied the order was never processed! Customer service gave me the run around! Horrible company!

Great site for bulk items to use in the classroom. Good prices, fast shipping, and great packaging with thorough correspondence the whole way!
