I purchased a T-shirt from ONU, but the colour wasn't what I was expecting, so I paid to return it. The refund process took far longer than it should have, and when the refund finally arrived, the original delivery charge had been deducted.
When I queried this, I was told that shipping costs are non-refundable. I found this very disappointing, especially given the delay in processing the refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ONU and will not be purchasing from them again.

Can’t fault the guys at ONU, purchased a Balenciaga T shirt and got it next day. Jordan was happy to measure pit to pit for me to ensure the correct size.
I did get to the shop today and the guys make you feel welcome, so easy to browse at the great range of stock and had a laugh with them at the same time, thanks gents, see you again soon.

Never use this company, it takes weeks to get a refund and they never respond to emails, shocking business to deal with. If you are willing to wait a month for a refund then go for it but I would strongly advise against using this company there are plenty decent other clothing stores that treat customers in the correct way.

Excellent selection of clothing with great prices. I have ordered from the site a few times and have been happy with the prompt delivery, packaging and quality of garments bought.

Please kindly stay away from this website they sell fake as designers. I recently bought a Guiseppe Zanotti loafers via Klarna unfortunately l received a fake shoe with a torn box. However, I have returned with next day £15 special delivery but until now they have refused to process my refund after the fake item has been returned. Am still chasing ONU and Klarna for refund but Klarna is saying they are waiting for ONU to process my refund until now. ONU is Selling fake and still refused refunds this horrible behaviour and fraud.

Horrible!! Two months and no jacket or money!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!
I don't recommend dealing with this disgusting store.
I placed an order for £1,220!! February 6, 2026! I ordered a parka from Canada Goose (other stores had sold it out). This should have alerted me back then.
First, instead of a jacket, these jerks sent me an EMPTY box with a piece of paper inside and a request for my information. Not in an email, but in a box instead of a jacket!
Okay, I asked for a refund, then waited 10 business days and still haven't received it. I WhatsApped them asking to resolve the issue, and then some man emailed me saying they'd send me the jacket instead of my money. OK, send me the jacket. After which they checked my address and again refused to send me the jacket (it's been a month and a half since order). And again they sent me a message refund.

And again, I've been waiting since March 27th, and I don't have either the £1,220 or the jacket! And they're ignoring my messages, claiming it's my bank's fault! They refuse to provide any proof of return or transaction number. All they have is an email stating that the refund was processed. No proof of my money being returned!!!!

I've been dealing with stores and websites every day for many years, and believe me – THIS IS THE WORST STORE AND SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. I'm not going to let it go like this.

Absolutely disgraceful aftersales, after recieving my return took 20+ days to refund

I received truly outstanding service from Andrew at Onu Clothing. My delivery was due yesterday, but due to issues with DPD — entirely outside of Onu’s control — it didn’t arrive. I phoned the shop and spoke with Andrew, who was excellent from start to finish. He contacted the DPD directly to request a return, and even reached out to DPD customer services on my behalf.

Andrew then called me back to explain that the order might still arrive as planned, and reassured me that if it didn’t, they would refund the delivery charge without hesitation.

The parcel arrived today, well packed and exactly as expected. I phoned Andrew to let him know, and he immediately apologised for the inconvenience and refunded my delivery charge straight away.

I’ve used Onu Clothing before, both online and in their Birmingham store, and this level of service is consistently exceptional. Andrew went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
