This is the second time I have used one click plants as I was impressed with the quality and delivery from the first time round. Again I can’t complain with the and delivery and packaging. They all arrived looking healthy. We have planted per the instructions provided. One plant has come into bloom. I ordered perennials with different flowering seasons and for shade and sunny spots so hoping it looks stunning next year when established ☺️

Packing usually to a high standard but let down a little as one plant had escaped the pot and was in the bottom of the box. Another plant was a little damaged.

I am new to gardening and therefore not familiar with plants names etc. I came across this company from Facebook and was impressed with the customer reviews. However when I ventured onto the website, I was quickly disillusioned by the constant pop -ups offering deals that I was not interested in.

My first experience of shopping with this company. I bought a White Wisteria for a friend. Delivery was very quick. Notifications of delivery status, excellent. The plant was well packed in a sturdy box. Condition of the plant was very good.
Will definitely shop here again. 😊

Overall, I was very pleased with both the service and plants.Based on the quality and size of the plants on my first order, I was confident to proceed with further orders. The website is very well laid out, although its has a few quirks. I would recommended paying for the expedited 1-2 day delivery, even if your purchase qualifies for a free delivery

Packaging was excellent. Customer service was very helpful when 2 of the plants weren't up to the expected standard. They were replaced promptly with new plants. Very good company. Will definitely use again

This was the second purchase I have made and the standard of packaging was again very good. The Ilex Crenata "Jenny" balls arrived in good condition and I look forward to seeing how they survive in increasing drought conditions next summer.

Think you should make it clear we are buying a younger version of the picture shown.Not all of us are savvy enough to realise.
The products are always well packed and not had one unsuccessful plant yet.I am very new to gardening.
