i am on my 7th bottle and i am not seeing any new growth.i have taken the 4 pills every day.i am shedding lots of hair every day now.i am 75 and on a fixed income and i am not buying another bottle.

The product works. The delivery service is an absolute failure.

I have no issue with Nutrafol itself as a supplement. I’ve been using it because it works for me. The problem is actually getting the product I’m paying for.

My original subscription order was damaged in transit and never delivered. I received no notification from Nutrafol or the delivery company. I had to call and request a replacement myself. The replacement was then marked “out for delivery” for two days and still did not arrive.

For a monthly subscription product, this level of fulfillment is unacceptable. I now keep an extra bottle on hand because I have so little confidence that Nutrafol can deliver my subscription on time.

Doesn't work. Used it for over a year and my baldness is still worsening, useless and overpriced garbage do not buy.

excellent product. I used women blend and stress adaptogen, my hair grew back completely. very good blends, good pillsize and really effective.

I have been using Nutrafol for women for about 10 months. I cancelled the subscription recently. I am very disappointed to say it has done nothing. I don’t have significant bald spots, just general thinning all over my head with it being very thin above my temples. I have been so patient to see results but nothing has happened at all. No new growth at all, my hair is just as thin as it has been and is getting worse. Very expensive and the 4 pills smell and taste absolutely horrible, so much so that you gag every time taking them. Such a huge waste of money. I am going to reach out to Nutrafol to see if they will do a full or partial refund. If they do, stay tuned and I will update here and at least give them an improved review here for at least honoring their customers. We’ll see.

works better when combined in a hair care routine with scalp massage daily, taoist soap 2x a week, collagen powder 2x a day, and at least regular exercise (unless you already do it then adjust intensities on different days to get circulation going).

no single product on its own will fix hair issues, you need a combination approach targettig inflammation, nutrition, hormones and even circulation. anyone saying otherwise is ill informed.

i got the best results doing what i mentioned above, nutrafol is no exception, and is just a support tool, but not the end all miracle method.

yes they do end up cancelling subscriptions which is annoying and maybe its to do with their updates they do on the site, thats the downside on their service part.

I have been extremely disappointed with Nutrafol's customer service. My subscription order was cancelled without any notification. The only reason I found out was because I called after wondering why my shipment never arrived. The representative explained they were "unable to fulfill my order," but no one had ever contacted me to let me know.
What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of concern. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no attempt to make it right. Instead, I was simply told I would have to wait until my next scheduled shipment—three months later. That's an unacceptable solution for a subscription product.
To make matters worse, this has happened to my daughter multiple times as well, so this appears to be an ongoing issue rather than a one-time mistake.
If you rely on consistent shipments, be aware that your order may be cancelled without notice, and you may not find out until you contact customer service yourself. Based on my experience, the communication and customer service have been very disappointing.

I had a terrible reaction to the product. Because I had not bought it directly from Nutrafol, they REFUSED to refund me back the money. It was definitely a legit product bought on Groupon so I could use a credit. Now I am out the total purchase. They were not at all sympathetic to my situation.

Been over 4 months and no improvement. The phone consultant told me early on i should start seeing results after the 2nd month.

I initially purchased Nutrafol from my dermatologist’s office. A year supply of Nutrafol women’s balance, hair growth formula. I switched to a subscription because it was cheaper. My doctor told me that I need to stay on it for a while & be committed to four pills per day to see difference in the shedding. After following the doctors orders and staying fully committed, the only difference I’ve seen is that I’m shedding more and now I’m in trouble because my hair is so thin. The one good thing I would say about this product is that it gave me hope & I was happy to have that for a little while. Oh well, back to the drawing board. I warn women over 50 to stay away from this product, as it made my hair loss worse.

They charged me for a month's supply weeks early, and when I contacted support I was ignored.

This is very expensive product for little to no results. There are much better products out there that are a fraction of the cost. In my sons case I think it promoted hair loss. Beware.

These smell so bad that I threw up the second time I took. Nutrafol has a no returns policy and a nasty product . Dont buy. Dosage is 4 capsule but they smell so bad i only took 2 capsules

Extremely expensive and the platform is difficult to navigate when trying to update your subscription. It is impossible to connect with someone to resolve issues as they only use chat or email and even at that they do not respond whatsoever. For the amount of money that you pay for a subscription, you shouldn't get top-tier service and they very short of this. It is a complete joke.

I found this a mix, as i know nutrafol is known brand for hair care products, but i found this out accidentally, because of a order delay. but i found that combining nutrafol with the taoist soap routine (method) helped improve getting hair growth results for me and my wife.

this routine involves doing daily scalp massage 10 mins at least with finger tips all over head, taoist soap, collagen supplement daily and nettle tea to help support further hair growth. i also interchanged using rosemary oil, and immortals oil, interchangably (every 2 weeks) which seemed to do a big growth spurt if done consistently.

shipping was in time, secure packing, and would def recommend nutrafol.

Very disappointed in nutrofol customer service. I discontinued my subscription because the delivery service nutrofol uses didn't deliver my product one month after I paid for it. I restarted my subscription hoping nutrofol would make it right. Low and behold another monthly shipment didn't arrive. I reported this to customer service and they did nothing. $80 twice is too much to through away.

I ordered ONE bottle and did not want a subscription; indicated that on the form. Less than a month later I get a notification I will recieve the product and have been charged!!!!

This is illegal and inconvenient for me to contact Nutra-FOOL
In order to have them refund MY MONEY for something I did not order! ARGH!

When are these companies going to STOP this illegal activity? Now it takes 5-10 business days to get my money back!

Now; these ridiculous vitamins repackaged as hair replacement support are a rip

I used Nutrafol and their DHT inhibitor for 9 months at a cost of $100/month and 6 capsules/day. I took close-up photos of my hair from several angles. Nutrafol did a mineral analysis of my hair - with no outstanding concerns (from my view). After all that time and money I see no discernible change in added or thicker hair to my scalp. Very disappointing! The only reason I didn't give them a score of 1, is because the people I talked with were all very good communicators, but the bottom line is no discernible impact at all. Maybe this is not for men 70+ years old!
