MGY Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors Anmeldelser

When your agent Emma Rees showed me around the property I was interested in renting, she gave me space and time to thoroughly look over the property and did not pressurise me. I felt comfortable. When I decided to put an expression of interest in renting the property, Emma conducted all the paperwork swiftly and efficiently. She liaised with the landlord on my behalf and I completely trusted Emma to represent my interests. I am very pleased that I am now renting the property of my choice thanks to Emma and her wonderful service. She is a credit to MGY.

My experience with MGY from start to finish was superb. The team were quick, attentive, quick to respond and nothing was too much to ask.
Special thanks to Chloe at the beginning of the process, to Cath throughout and Steph from start to finish. Nothing was to much to ask with Steph, she went above and beyond. Even post sale Steph has been helpful with other things too, really appreciate the level of service she provided. Thank you all, would definitely recommend and use again!

MGY Barry Lettings
They promptly found me four high quality potential tenants and helped me select the best option. Process was painless and quick. The team was polite as ever.

The staff at MGY Radyr have been very efficient and highly professional in supporting the sale of our house in St. Fagans. Their service was always prompt, friendly and reliable, very often going the extra mile. I would strongly recommend them. Many many thanks, Clare, James and Lilly.

MGY have been great and really helpful every step of the way during the process of renting my commercial property. I could'nt recommend them enough, especially Cheryl who went above and beyond for me.
Thankyou so much! Jess :)

In ten years of dealing with MGY I have been completely satisfied with their performance, From property purchase, through rentals, and then sale, MGY have given excellent support and expertise. I would not hesitate to engage with them again in the future.

Becky has been amazing helping me sell a property following a bereavement. Becky and her team did all the viewings for me and always kept me up to date with feedback. I can't thank Becky enough for her professionalism she is a credit to MGY.

Vicci at MGY dealt with our recent purchase of an apartment in Sully. We found Vicci to be most obliging and able to help with all the issues that arose during the process. Nothing was too much trouble for her as she dealt with all our enquiries in a professional and positive manner. Buying a property is often very stressful so to have a person to turn to, who has your back, is so very reassuring.

Vicci and the team at MGY Barry did an incredible job in the selling of my property. worked super hard to deal with all the challenges involved. communicated clearing throughout the process. highly recommend.

Have just sold a property through MGY Radyr and am very happy with how smoothly the whole process went. The team there are very friendly and responsive, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Communication fantastic would highly recommend. Thank you MGY

Sarah was fantastic help to us when starting the renting process with mgy. Very patient with us when there were things taking a long time and when we had a lot of questions.

The personal approach made this difficult process bearable. It is never easy to sell a property, especially with difficult buyers and solicitors, but Vicky kept us informed and stayed with us through the entire time.

Currently renting through MGY, really pleased with the way everything has been organised for us to move into our new home. Since moving in, communication has been prompt and the team have been getting some snags sorted which is great for us as we don’t have to worry about things. We would definetely recommend MGY for their professionalism and support.

My experience as a buyer with MGY has been brilliant so far, in particular Sales Negotiator Holly B has been excellent, she’s worked with kindness, has been very efficient and clear with communication, and all-round professional in manner

MGY let our apartment for several years and were excellent throughout. We then asked them to sell our apartment; they secured a good price and also managed the sale through to completion with a very difficult to contact buyer’s solicitor and an overseas buyer. The sales progressions team were very professional and persevered to get the sale over the line. Very impressed.

MGY managed our rental property for several years and we were delighted with their service. All the tenants they found for us were careful and reliable.
The regulations for landlords in Wales are very complex and rigorous, but Sarah and the team kept up with all the requirements and informed us when checks were needed or maintenance required. Any work carried out by their recommended trades people was of a good standard and reasonably priced.
I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Very helpful from start to finish
