Horrific experience. I was back-and-forth with Merchology for days on end because they originally sent my order to production without sending a proof (even though I explicitly requested a proof review), had to ask for a hold so I could review, added sizes I did not order while excluding sizes I did order, and they are now missing my delivery date. When I placed my order, I stated the absolute drop dead date I needed these items. They are now telling me that I 1. Did not approve the proof, so that held things up another 4 days (a complete lie, as I approved the proof within minutes of receiving it; the hold up was when they did not send a proof in the first place) and 2. I withheld a delivery deadline so they now cannot honor it (even though I communicated this deadline both in my original order and with agents online multiple times). They are being extremely rude, condescending, and showing some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My company has order around $50,000 worth of merchandise from Merchology in the past and I am so happily taking our future business elsewhere. I have not been treated this way by any "professional" business ever.

Very deceptive. I ordered, asked for a proof, upcharged me for additional thread count on a simple design and then wanted to charge me $100 to cancel the order. Their reason, it is past the 48 hours of the order although I just got the proof. I am now stuck taking the order for an additional charge or paying to cancel the order. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering.

Edit-I raised to two stars since they ended up waiving the cost of the additional embrodiry stitch count. I'll consider three stars based off the quality. I ordered a Nike shirt and not the offbrand.

Very deceptive ordering process when trying to get a sample before placing a large bulk order. They send just the underlying product with no work done to it. Once you realize they are not including embroidery and try to return it, they refuse all refunds. Not a good experience.

I would advise anyone against purchasing from here my goods took months then arrived damaged they think giving me £2 is the answer well no I have faulty goods and need a full refund customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your money on this cheap tap it makes Temu look like Harrods’

Ordered 60 units of a quick ship item and only received 48. It's been 7 weeks, and despite several email exchanges with customer service, we still have not received the outstanding units. This is the worst experience I've had with a promo company, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Extremely unreliable and a lack of concern regarding making things right with their customers.

Writing this review because I was concerned when I saw the score here after ordering but I have had a great experience with this company. They were communicative and the products arrived quickly and in good condition. The embroidery looked nice.

The entire Merchology team was incredibly helpful including every single person, from sales and customer support to chat support and those working behind the scenes to make sure our orders were completed. I truly appreciate it & thank you so much!

Do NOT buy from Merchology. They do not allow returns even on undecorated items that are too small. This is hidden on their website. Don't get taken by this company.

All the items came quickly and as expected. I also want to shout out Customer Service Specialist Mandy B. I needed an item next day and it inadvertantly had a ground label created. She quickly called the warehouse and confirmed it had not gone out. She updated the shipping and I got it in time. Great job Mandy!!!

Avoid Merchology at all cost. The dates they advertise to ship out your items aren’t even close. I placed an order which was reported to be “in production” and over a month later when I called to inquire about the order, was informed that they had not even started it yet.

Poor service, BAD PRODUCTION, ordered the same hats we got a year earlier for our company and during proofing they asked for more money claiming it was a high thread count, asked them what options we had to lower thread count, without asking for approval they simply shrunk the logo and produced the hats and shipped.

Great products, but terrible customer service! I've worked with them for three consecutive years for our yearly staff training. The products have been great, but the customer service has been terrible. This year, the assigned "merchologist" will not return phone calls or emails.

Easy to work with, pricing was fair, and quality exceeded expectations

I asked for a mock up design prior to ordering. I was told they would have it back in 24-48 hours. I followed up a week later without any response. I started a chat and was told the rep was on vacation that day. I asked for someone else to help. When the rep returned he didn't address the mock up, but asked quantity of hats I wanted. 2 weeks after that and still no response. I had a chat today with a different rep and was told it needed to be escalated to a manager, but all managers were on lunch and would contact me when they returned. I still have yet to receive a mock from my initial contact. Literally a hat with a company logo and my name.

Horrible communication. Completed an order with them on behalf of my Physician Assistant class that went anything but smooth between poor communication, shady price changes, and poor quality items. Our "Patagonia" 1/4 zips were the cheapest fleece material I've seen with the logo slapped on, and they didn't even have pockets.

Ordered 12 hats, which was minimum purchase. Had a hard time finding my boyfriends favorite hats, in his size, so I just wanted the hats, no logo or anything. They said they couldn’t do it. I literally was paying their normal price and all they had to do was box and ship. Ultimately had to cancel the order. Very weird experience.

No one ever answers the phone, e-mail, or picks up a voicemail. Don't buy anything online from them

Do not waste your time and money!
Waited almost three months for sample shirts to be delivered. Through this time they said they didnt know where it was but shouldnt be too much longer. Website states samples will be dispatch within 5-7 working days and we had dispatch in 2.5 months! Come to place and order only to be told now the top has been discontinued and no more stock is available. This isnt noted on the website or when purchasing as SAMPLES! Customer service was horrible and really couldnt care less about how long or the fact that they are selling samples of stock no longer in production.

I've never dealt with a company so terrible. We had a large order for our company and they messed them all up. When I contacted the sales rep he said they can't take the merchandise back and will still be charging us. Also, was very rude on the phone. I will never use this company again.

What a disaster of a business model, each representative has a 10-second memory and it seems you need to reintroduce yourself with every new email. They have limited to no stock and took 2,5 weeks to simply get a sales person in touch for a repeat order. TOTAL. NIGHTMARE.
