Dont use this company waited eight weeks for delivery my wife had ordered me ralph lauren tracksuit as a birthday present when item was eventually received after one week and two wears tracksuit had boubles all over sent it back and they claimed ralph lauren had inspected it and found not issues and claimed the boubles where from wear and tear after a week they’re refusing a refund and are trying to return item and refusing a refund total joke of a company i will be sending it straight back to them.

I ordered a shirt 2 months ago and have yet to be updated and it hasn’t been shipped I would like a refund as soon as possible.

Been into the Nuneaton shop a few times now and the staff are always welcoming. Prices are better than the high street for the same labels and the pieces I have bought have all been good quality. Ordered a few things online as well and those turned up fine.

Terrible Service – Still No Order After 35 Days

I ordered from Maison de Fashion on 21 September, and as of 26 October, my order still hasn’t arrived. Customer service only told me they were “looking into it,” and I’ve had no updates since. Now they’re not even replying to my messages. Really disappointing service and a complete lack of communication. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Terrible company I bought a ralph lauren cable jumper womens xl it's been 2 weeks ain't heard nothing, then I get told they ain't got it in stock because ralph lauren have a supply issue lol, but on maisonsdefashion they are selling the top I bought in all sizes, why would you still have the item on your account if you have none in stock and the price of my item has gone back up to normal price. Coincidence that lol, I payed 140.00 on sale now its 200.00 and after 2 weeks they tell me they ain't got it and have the cheek to still have it on there website to sell in all sizes. Don't go near this dreadful company. People stay clear. As for there reply down below that's a lie,the email was we won't be getting your top from ralph lauren till second week of November and even then we might not have your size when they get more orders, and this was bought early October. There trying to say in reply that I asked for a refund just for sake of it lol. So they lie in reviews too. I got the same top in frasers which come next day for more expensive price but at least in comes quick and when you buy it they have it in stock. Never shopping there again. As for refund my credit card company gave me money back not you. You guys probably took a month to pay back or may not have come like your delivery's.

Placed an order on the 5th of October, it still hasn’t arrived, latest day for delivery is tomorrow the 15th of October, this clearly isn’t going to happen as on my account the order is still saying waiting ship, it hasn’t changed since the day I ordered it!!!!
I’ve emailed them 4 times and all you get is an automated response saying we will contact you within 24/48 hours if they aren’t too busy!!!
Absolute joke of a business, this is the first order I’ve placed either then and most definitely the last, judging by the other reviews on here I’m one of many dissatisfied customers due to the same type of issues, no updates, late deliveries and terrible if not zero communication from them… avoid, other business’s out there that want your trade and will respect you as a customer….

Polo shirt did arrive and was good quality, albeit aprox two weeks late…. The business has redeemed itself, I just had a call from customer services with an apology, they also have refunded the shipping costs…. They are looking at updating their customer facing email response tech as it is causing them and customers issues…. I’ve updated my review accordingly due to the call and refund of delivery costs

I didnt have a very good experience with this website, I should of read reviews first before ordering, I orderd a jumper 10 days before a birthday as it says my delivery will be expected by then, a few days went by it wasn't shipped so I sent an email and they replied it is currently working through warehouse, I waited and it still wasn't shipped i was desperate for it to arrive on time so I asked for a refund. No reply so I phoned they said they were expecting a delivery and should ship the following day, next day arrived no shipping so I rang again they said it should arrive by the weekend then later that day my hole order was cancelled so now ive orderd from another website for next day delivery but my jumper is now late for a birthday and all they had to do was inform me of these delivery days and my order would of been resolved for my piece of mind ... ive never orderd from a site were my item hasn't arrived I will not order from this website again... very poor customer service

I placed an order with them in mid September, spending well over £250. To date the goods have not arrived, the tracker does not work and all I have been sent so far is an email stating that the goods are coming from their 'global warehousing network' - my understanding was that the goods were UK stock items. I think you should make customers aware whether UK or non UK stock. Don't take payment for what you don't have in stock!

Duurt 2 weken voordat je bestelling wordt geleverd. Ik heb me vergist in de maatvoering: op het label staat de maat in US, op de site staat de maat in VK. Helaas geen enkele vorm van tegemoetkoming door de klantenservice. Verzendkosten waren al 20 euro, retourkosten zijn 35 euro. Ik koop het nooit meer.

Purchased an item on the 6th September and despite numerous attempts to contact the company through Instagram (every message ‘seen’) and through email I received no update on the order until the 29th September when I was informed then couldn’t get the item and would issue a refund. Prices may appear cheaper than other sites but zero customer service. Awful experience

Update: 10 days on from being told I would get a refund… I’m still yet to get a refund of over £300. Absolute joke.

Debería mejorar en todo. Servicio de atención al cliente: dar respuestas a las preguntas de forma concreta y concisa. Servicio de logística: han tardado prácticamente 2 meses a servir el pedido. Información incorrecta: indican que me envían un vestido cuando yo había comprado 2 pares de zapatos. Entrega: dejan el paquete en la puerta en pleno mes de agosto, cuando se avisó que la oficina estaría cerrada, por lo que no había nadie para recibir el paquete.
