Really good delivery time, fast and efficient, although the mask I received was damaged. I understand imperfections are likely to occur as stated on their website and I was absolutely fine with that, but the product I recieved wasn’t just an imperfection, for 35 pounds I think it was pricey for a damaged item, emailed them and contacted on instagram but no replies, not someone I would buy from again.

Great products and brilliant customer service - friendly, quick to respond and couldn't do enough to help. Will definitely be buying again through them.

Ordered a 1978 michael myers mask on Wednesday and it was with me Friday. Was kept updated the whole time with delivery time and whereabouts of item.
Great company would order again for sure.

Ordered a present for my son from these people with there expedited delivery(1/2 days) on a Thursday and had asked if it would arrive in time for the Saturday. I was told unless there was an issues with the courier this would be the plan(I was fully aware it could arrive Monday at the latest) just for my item to not even have been shipped when I chased an update. Colleague I spoke to has issued me a full refund which I appreciate but charging almost £10 for 1/2 day postage and not even shipping the item then having nothing but excuses when asked about it was a very bad look. It may not mean much to you but you’ve certainly lost my custom in the future.

Troubles with the correct price after the order already was placed and an initial fee was payed. The remaining total was higher which took some effort to sort out.

Ordering from outside the UK is a catastrophe, I have to pay toll for about half the cost of the products. If I knew this I would've never placed an order, I am left with no choice but to pay the extra costs.

EDIT: Changed my rating of this company. Still remains that it took a great deal of messages before they took my request seriously. The taxation is unfortunate but it would be nice to be able to see beforehand as the cost is almost 50% of the total cost of the package (In Sweden atleast).
