Do not waste your time or money with this company. Their customer service is by far the worst I've experienced.

My order never arrived because it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer support immediately, and all I received was a generic apology email. After that, they completely disappeared. Despite multiple follow-ups, I didn't hear back for nearly nine days and I'm still chasing them for either a refund or a replacement.

The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer care is unacceptable. Unethical, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this company.

Советую Европейцам отказаться от покупки напрямую. Я оплатил товар включая стоимость доставки 15 марта и до 1 июня все еще не получил ее. Согласно трекингу она застряла на таможне 14 апреля по причине отсутствия документов. Я информировал об этом Crave но они ответили что проблему с таможней должен решить я сам и отказались возвращать деньги. Скорее всего придется с ними судиться.

Avoid Crave at all costs! Especially for international shipping. After paying $48.37 for shipping to EU, local courier requested an additional 122,2 Euros of shipping and service fees, which were not VAT or customs. Those additional shipping costs were never mentioned to me. I understand that I have to pay the import fees and was willing to pay those. I refused to accept the package, and it was shipped back. The merchant is refusing a refund. Do not make the same mistake as I did.
