Helpful reply which clarified my question
I had a query regarding the availability of an item. Which was listed as sold out. I sent an email to Liberty and I had a very prompt helpful reply from Katrine.
Unfortunately the item I was after was sold out but I had a very positive experience with getting the information I needed.

Swiftly resolved an issue with my order
Unfortunately one part of my order didn’t arrive by courier. Liberty customer services, Olwethu, dealt with the issue swiftly and within a 15 mins call, cancelled the order and issued a refund immediately. Great work Olwethu and thanks again.

I am delighted with my purchase of the Liberty Advent Calendar a present for my daughter she is going to be thrilled and get it out every Christmas to remind her of our trips to London from Cornwall and always visit the shop and buy something to bring home. My first time having to phone customer services regarding an enquiry about stock, as promised they called me back within two hours very polite and very friendly , although they didn’t stock the item I felt like my query had been answered and I was more than happy.
