Leighton's have always been very helpful to me I have been coming o them for a good many years and always found them very helpful and Friendly for my needs

I had concerns about my vision. I was given a thorough examination and explanation as to what the situation was.

As a regular customer getting my ears checked and wax removed by Sheena, I'm always impressed by her friendly nature, whilst being professional and carrying out her duty to the highest standards. 5 star rating every time. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Sheena if you have any ear/hearing queries.

I cannot fault Leighton of Christchurch. I have never been to a more professional competent friendly opticians. I felt comfortable and and confident and reassured for the whole visit and believe no one could have done more.
I give a 6 star recommendation.

Surprisingly poor and unprofessional customer service. Their opticians can't fit contact lenses at all despite charging 50, which is more expensive than the chain stores. They ordered trials for me and both the prescriptions are egregiously wrong. Can't even pick up the phone.

The professional manner in which I was treated.

This was my first visit to Leightons, for a long overdue contact lens test, eye test, and to order to new glasses. The visit very much exceeded my expectations and I was particularly impressed by the staff who were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I received some really good health advice and I felt I was in very good hands.

It has been always the place of high standard and great customer service.I have been the customer for almost 15 years and always had great customer experience;I felt welcomed and taken care of.
My last week visit in Reading branch proved the past experience again.I was helped by Kevin with a smile and great reassurance.It was so incredibly important especially these days were things are so dramatically changing and good customer service is not that common.

Very thorough eye examinations conducted by two extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and kind people.

I have been a patient at Leightons, Epsom for over 25 years. During that time I have seen a few staff changes, but the one thing that never changes is the level of customer service provided by the staff. All of the staff that I have encountered have always been friendly and polite and have always provided a high level of customer service.

But it is only due to my having recently had to visit the store multiple times in the last month, that I have really realised how outstanding ALL of the staff at Epsom branch are! They always have a smile on their face and a nice welcome when I walk in the branch, they always take the time to help me with whatever my problem is and they never make it feel like I am being a burden and they always go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service that they can. Having worked in retail and customer facing roles myself, I realise that this is not always an easy task and I would like to highly commend every member of staff for going above and beyond for their customers all day, every day.

Kevin and the staff at Leightons in Reading have been great. Initially went in for non-prescription sunglasses that were out of stock at another local retailer. Although they weren’t in stock Kevin was able to order in quickly , even ordering a couple of sizes to get the perfect fit. Was also due an eye test for new prescription , which had done the same day , and new prescription lenses were back in under a week, using my existing frames which I had wanted to keep. The value for money and service at this branch has been excellent and would recommend to anyone.

The standard of medical care was excellent, and being on the monthly care plan has been worthwhile, with discounts on spectacles when I needed to update, and immediate help when I had an emergency visit. The equipment for tests (retinal photography etc) was impressive, and everyone in the shop kind and helpful.

A lovely man at Leightons in Christchurch repaired my sunglasses. He went above and beyond to help - excellent customer service. Thank you!

they produce Long-term care plan for patient like for my eye test vision tech took pictures to compare my eye structure over time, in future to check my eye health.
