Amazing Team!!
I am a disabled veteran and can no longer maintain my yard alone. James & his crew have been amazing!!! They show up when scheduled and quickly and efficiently takes care of my entire yard. They are also quick to respond to any messages I have sent. It was a challenge to find a great team to work with & I couldn’t be happier with James & his team!!!

Awful, Unreliable, and Completely Unprofessional
LawnStarter is hands down one of the worst service providers I’ve ever dealt with. Their business model is built on outsourcing to random “pros” who almost never communicate. You’re lucky if they show up at all, and even luckier if they do the job you actually requested. Most of the time, you’ll be left wondering if anyone’s coming, and there’s zero accountability.
What’s worse is their customer service—if you can even call it that. They are completely useless. I’ve reached out multiple times about no-shows, rescheduling, and problems with the quality of work, only to receive canned responses and empty apologies. No resolution, no compensation, no care. They make it painfully obvious that you’re just another number to them.
To make matters even more frustrating, they will reschedule your appointments and switch out your assigned lawn pro without ever notifying you. Imagine expecting a service on one day, then discovering it’s pushed back three days—or worse, that some new person you never approved is now in charge of your lawn. No heads-up. No consent. Just pure chaos.
Do yourself a favor: avoid LawnStarter at all costs. Hire a local company that values communication and customer service. LawnStarter is a middleman with no control over the quality of service and absolutely no interest in fixing their broken system. You’ve been warned.

They mowed over my ornamental plants
They mowed over my ornamental plants, and 2 newly planted fruit trees. They canceled 4 times before coming without even texting or calling me. I wish they set the first visit up when I was home so I could show them what I wanted! Not only that, but the didn't weed wack the weeds near the house or fence. I don't u destiny how they didn't see the orange tree that was 4 feet tall!
They did not compensate me anything at all. Very unhappy.
