Great customer service
Great customer service! They answered all my questions and helped with the initial transfer from my Uphold account. The funds were deposited to my bank within 48 hours, which was helpful. This loan has allowed me to leverage my crypto and invest in other assets.

Superb experience
Everything was extremely user friendly. I was able to get approved for my loan and funds in my account all within an hour or two. The prices are very fair and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. I will be using Lantern Financial again in the future

Easy process but shady payment options. You can set up auto pay for interest only. Besides that it's you to pay the principle back on time so you don't lose your collateral

Hey there, appreciate the feedback! However, to be clear, we don't have auto-pay for principal because our loans are interest-only. Basically, you don't need to pay the principal until the maturity date which is 12 months after your loan.
For your interest which is due each month, you can set up autopay since the amount is pre-determined. For principal, there is no pre-determined amount until loan maturity, so there is no amount that you can auto-pay, since you can choose to pay back different amounts (or none) each month. Also, you automatically get reminders that maturity is coming up, several times weeks before it is due. Even then, you are able to refinance to keep the loan for another 12 months, or just pay it off to release your collateral.
