Hi Trevor,
Thank you for your review! We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with your C500 Pro Keysafe and feel it offers great value.
Thank you for choosing Keysafe – we really appreciate your feedback!
This is a very góod quality product Howrver i do not see why it would lose its accredition if not instalked onto the wall , especially next to the street door in full view of everyone. That to me is temptation and an advert of vulnerability of the residents living there if used for the elderly It is much better if hidden on or off the wall.! Assuming it is as strong as it is said to be Nobody would want to take it away and spend two weeks trying to break the locksafe! They would have to be quite desperate. More likely to be burgled by giving the nunber to untrustworthy people.

Hi Rae,
Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality of your C500 Pro.
We completely understand your point regarding positioning, and we actually recommend that key safes are installed as discreetly as possible to minimise the risk of attracting unnecessary attention, while still being accessible and practical for the people who need to use them.
The accreditation relates specifically to how and where the C500 Pro has been independently tested. To maintain its LPS certification and Police Preferred Specification, it must be installed into standard house brick or concrete using the supplied fixings. If installed onto a different surface, this does not necessarily mean the key safe itself becomes less secure; it simply means that the installation falls outside the conditions under which it was tested and accredited.
Where an alternative location or surface is being considered, the individual would therefore need to assess the risk and ensure the key safe can be securely fixed, as we are unable to recommend alternative fixings for substrates that have not been tested.
We also recommend positioning the key safe at least 6 inches away from any edge of the wall, somewhere that is discreet but still provides suitable access and visibility for those authorised to use it.
Thank you for raising this – it’s a useful point and helps us explain the distinction between the security of the product itself and the requirements of its accreditation.
Easy to fit and gave me a feeling of total security

Good solid secure product, we had a cheaper one and it was not as sturdy or well made as this product, therefore didn't fill us with confidence the property was as secure as we could make it. This product cured those doubts.

It’s an excellent product, very sturdy and easy to use. However the buttons could be slightly larger for elderly people with dexterity issues. My husband has du puytrens and can’t use them. He will need a pencil to use them. Hopefully he won’t need to.

I live alone and advised by Ambulance crew man. If they cannot gain entry they call the Fire and Rescue and they knock the door in. So I thought I should invest in a good made key safe.. Which i can assure it is very well made.

Hi Nicholas,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you found the review requests frustrating.
We completely understand that receiving multiple invitations isn't everyone's preference. The review requests are sent through Trustpilot's automated invitation system, and if you'd prefer not to receive these in the future, Trustpilot can help. Their Privacy Team can remove you from future automated review invitations and, if requested, delete your Trustpilot account via their contact form, as they manage these preferences directly.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we'll also take your comments on board as we continue to review how we communicate with our customers.
Thank you
Good quality, sturdy, easy to install, good value. The little red sticker with instructions is hard to keep, I had to trim it down to fit inside the case after setting the code. I wish it was possible to have more combinations. This is a replacement, I broke the last one by using a screwdriver to change the code. It's easy to forget exactly what you need to do to put it in the mode where the code can be changed.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're delighted to hear you're pleased with the quality, sturdiness, ease of installation, and value of your C500 Pro Key Safe.
We also appreciate your constructive feedback. We'll certainly pass your comments about the instruction sticker on to our product team, as we can see how a more convenient solution would be helpful. The number of possible combinations is limited by the mechanical design of the lock on this particular keysafe model, but we understand why having even more options would be beneficial. We have our Ark Tamo keysafe that enables it to have 9.7 million combinations as it is designed as a multi push keysafe.
We're sorry to hear your previous key safe was damaged while changing the code. We know it can be easy to forget the reset process if it's something you only do occasionally. To make things easier, we've created simplified guides and step-by-step videos on our website that walk through the code change process, should you ever need them in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing The Key Safe Company.
