Really disappointing experience - ordered next day delivery ahead of a trip and was guaranteed for next day (even had the date on the confirmation email). I then hear nothing when it doesn't arrive, and no phone number to call, and then get an email response saying it won't arrive as promised. So frustrating - thought Katie loxton would've been a safe brand to buy for to guarantee delivery!

I ordered a personalised purse as a birthday gift for a friend. I paid £4.95 extra for it to arrive in time for her birthday but when it arrived the clasp was damaged at the front. They offered me 20% off or to send back for a refund. I chose the refund as I can’t give a damaged purse as a gift. It has taken over 10 days to receive the refund and they have not refunded me the express postage I paid so I have lost money due to no fault of my own. Not only that but due the purse being damaged I had to get an alternative birthday present at short notice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this brand, the damage was obvious and should have been checked after it was personalised and before it was sent out to me

I had a faulty item that had completely come apart at the bottom. The stitching was missed at the bottom of the make up bag. I contacted customer services and explained this was a gift and I didnt have a proof of purchase. I wanted a replacement not refund and received no help what so ever. I will never purchase from this brand again. The customer service and quality of the items is horrific. I advise anyone to not purchase anything from Katie Loxton

Terrible customer service,always have bags and purse from katieloxton,wouldn't replace a bag and I haven't had it long it coating has peeled,I no I don't have receipt as it was a present, won't be buying any more of there bags/purses

Have ordered plenty of times from Katie Loxton for myself and gifts to friends and family.
Ordered a weekend bag for my mums birthday weeks in advance, took over two weeks to arrive. Was a struggle to get hold of anyone from customer services and when they did initially reply basically told me I was a liar saying the item had been delivered, when in fact the screen shots they attached did not say that. Parcel force lied about trying to reattempt delivery as I was at home and no one came all day. I asked to be delivered to post office, no updates on tracking, for it to be sent back to my house where it arrived destroyed. Katie Loxton did send out another bag free of charge but that’s also been damaged in transit. And to top it off, the guy who left the parcel this time wouldn’t leave it the last time which is why all of this started! Fuming is an understatement, if the item wasn’t a requested gift I would have asked for a refund. Never again.

Purchased a suitcase Feb 25. Zip had failed after 2 domestic uses for overnight stays (travelling by car). Contacted KLoxton and was denied a replacement/refund due to being out of policy. Expensive for the use you get out of the products. Would not recommend.

Would not accept a return saying product was personalised when it was a plain bag which arrived late!

I have been trying to get hold of customer service to complain/trace an order number. Their online forms are not working... Funny that.

I bought the - Milan Cabin Bag (Taupe) for my recent holiday. Within 30 minutes of use; was not filled incorrectly. The strap on one side completely came off. I see it's now 30% off... I wonder why.

I also ordered a travel wallet which is poorly made, also.

Their products are over priced and poorly made.

Customer services can you please contact me for a resolution; I would like a refund and to discuss my order number please. With thanks.

Beautiful piece of jewellery and lovely quality ( birthday gift)

Placed an order last night, wanted to remove an item this morning (regular and NOT personalised). Despatch is due in 2 whole days still but the team state they cannot amend any order despite having a message about amending orders in their confirmation email. As a business owner myself the customer service is non existent and shocking.

Beautiful products, but Kate Loxton makes returning any items almost impossible with labels generated by Royal Mail that don't work. Super frustrating

Bought 2 Milan matching travel/weekend bags with our initials on for our Anniversary - soooo disappointed - the bag does not hold it's shape - anyone can put their hand in the end of it as it doesn't clip or seal and such poor quality - I have had many items from this retailer and you get what you pay for but these prices paid for the larger bags are on a par with others but gutted - I know I cannot send it back as we had our initials printed but if I could I would - soooo wish I had read the reviews before purchasing - to manage expectations - had I paid £30 yes I would have been happy but at £69.99 per bag absolutely shocking - fortunately I did get a slight discount but that does not outweigh the poor quality! :(

I ordered a bag for my holiday that has a press stud on each side of the bag, one of them works, the other one doesn't but I was already away so unable to use the bag. I emailed customer service and was told that I needed to send photos and a video of the issue. I'm so sick of there being issues with virtually everything I order and quite honestly I can't be bothered with making videos so I'm losing the money I paid for the bag. I was told that I can return it for a replacement but why should I go to the trouble. I'll never order from here again and hope that this review is a warning to other people not to either

I have just received my order.
I ordered a cabin bag at £48.
I was disappointed with the bag as i was expecting it to be more sturdier than it is.
Definately not worth the price, only glad i bought in the sale as its nit worth the full price.

Terrible quality bags. I have 3 camera style bags and all three have failed. Straps coming away, hardware fell off & zips broke. Outrageously priced for poor quality. Never again.

UPDATE- Received a goodwill credit which I’m happy with.

Used small pouch twice. Not overfilled or abused in anyway but has started to disintegrate.
Contacted customer service but can’t help as 3 days out of guarantee period.
To be absolutely honest, I’ve had much better items from temu and SHEIN so won’t purchase from Katie Loxton again.
I have another of their items which I used until it fell apart but I did use that a lot so can accept these things happen. Just hope the other items I have are more hard wearing. Happy to send photos to anyone thinking of purchasing.

I have purchased a product from Katie Loxton in good time for a friend's Birthday. The website is easy to use and I made/paid for the order with personalisation. I have not received my order within the alloted time and nothing from Katie Loxton explaining this. I messaged their customer service department - and it took them a couple of days to reply - which is unacceptable in my opinion. They explained that they actually didn't know where my order was or even if it had been allocated to me or even sent. Again, this is unacceptable. I replied asking exactly what they meant. Their reply was to give me a £10 voucher for a further order - which I have never asked for nor do I need. I am still waiting for a reply from them but do not expect to even see my order and I will never, and I mean never buying from Katie Loxton again. I will be requesting a cancellation of my oider and a full refund due back to me (which will probably take a further 2 weeks no doubt). This is all very upsetting as I am not a particularly well person with health issues and I cannot always go shopping - so this was a great solution for me to gift my friend. Generally a very disapointing experience and not the experience that I would have wanted.

Awful customer service. Bags poorly made and not fit for purpose. Overnight bag straps break. Lots of reviews about this and their poor durability and lack of help from customer service when this happens.
Buy elsewhere if you want your bag to last more than one use!

Received a wallet as a gift. Great style but very poor material. Started to fray at the edges after only 2 or 3 days of use.

I ordered a bag with personalisation then checked reviews and got a bit worried. However, it arrived in 4 days and is such a lovely quality bag. I had no issues at all and the packaging was so nice it felt very luxury. The personalised monogram is really chic. I will be buying again!
