Tyres bought and appointment made online.Arrived at the booked time 8.30 to be told tyres had not arrived at the branch,call would of been nice to save a 38mile round trip for nothing.To be fair the branch manager went out of his way to source some tyres from elsewhere and called to let me know they could be fitted later on in the afternoon which they were.

Braintree depo
Braintree depo , when order front tyres and tracking , my cars pull in right when driving . The steering wheel is not straight . One person is the service is not nice. They didn't lock the steering wheel while doing traction.

Jack placed on wrong part of vehicle…
Jack placed on wrong part of vehicle caused damage to the panel , vehicle also blocked into the workshop so even though having booked a time slot and the car having been completed ,still took well over an hour from when I 1st arrived to actually getting my car back
