I recently purchased a tyre online from Just Tyres and visited the shop to have the right rear wheel replaced to fix a puncture. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional, and the service was carried out efficiently. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Just Tyres.

In the past,always been reluctant to try online.However, ordering / finding a garage to fit was simple and straightforward. Despite ordering a wrong front tyres, friendly staff at the garage were kind enough to point it out to me. Getting the right ones were hassle free.On the day of the fitting,took a nice stroll come back the car was ready.The staff were absolutely first class.

The set-up worked really well. I ordered the exact make and specification of tyre I needed, rather than some equivalent brand, and had it deleivered to the fitting centre that I chose and had it fitted at a time that I wanted. The fitting worked really well, I arrived early and was done and out in 10 minutes. Everything worked really well

Good price, very easy to book, cheaper than going direct to the tyre fitters, they were nearly double the price. In and out in 15minutes

I was told about the Just Tyres website by Malvern Tyres in Cheltenham. I found the website easy to use and the pricing was good. I was able to pay for the tyres online and make a convenient appointment with Malvern Tyres to get them fitted. The tyres arrived at Malvern Tyres on time and their service was spot on with the tyre fitting going smoothly.

The two Technicians that dealt with me were very courteous and friendly, explained what they were going to do and carried out the fitting promptly.
The previous ordering and purchasing of the tyres online on the Just Tyres website was both easy to navigate and competitively priced .

Ordered online on a Saturday evening.
all their prices were clear and It was the only place I could find that I could book in for the following Monday.
Booked in for my lunch break, when I arrived a polite man got straight to work on my car and I was in and out very quickly.
I will definitely use them to order & fit my tyres again.

Booked an appointment slot online and paid for 2 tyres at short notice, which was great because I'd found a problem with one of my worn tyres.
After fitting one tyre, the tyre fitters then couldn't find a 2nd tyre so I was informed that another tyre would need to be ordered, and I would need to return at a later date.
I was informed that the other tyre would be a different brand but the price would stay the same, but that I would need to call Customer Services to request a refund for one of the tyres that I'd paid for, which made no sense if I was paying the same amount for the 2 tyres.
Customer Services confirmed that I did not need to be refunded and that I'd just need to have the 2nd tyre fitted at no extra cost.
I returned 2 days later and found the fitters to be very unprofessional in their work.
With 4 customers waiting, 1 of which had a 3 or 4 year old boy waiting with them, the fitters were standing around, laughing, joking and swearing, while I stood around for an hour witnessing this.
Will not be returning to this garage.

I bought tyres online from Just Tyres sand had them installed at Malvern tyres. When I turned up I realised I had ordered the wrong size. The staff went out of their way to find the right ones in a different location and went to fetch them to install them in my car. I couldn't fault their dedication and service. The price was good too!

Car was booked in for early morning and was taken straight into the workshop for 2 tyres and alignment. Was told between 3/4- 1 HR, it took 1&1/2hrs but that's ok as I'd rather it wasn't rushed. All very clean and tidy. Will use again for sure.

First time using Just Tyres will definitely use them again . No fuss , appointment made on line , discount code used , really good price on the Tyres, all fitted balanced well and clean tidy job. Most of all AJ really nice friendly guy too.

Had front tyres replaced. Booked online on the same day. Appointment was on time and the guys provided a great service.

I had a really positive experience with Just Tyres by Halfords today, 15th August 2026.

The gentleman who came out to my home at around 10:30–11:00 a.m. was absolutely lovely. He was very friendly, helpful and courteous, and carried out the tyre work on my driveway efficiently and professionally.

What really stood out was that he went above and beyond the tyre fitting. I asked if he could check my oil, which he kindly did and reassured me that it was fine. I also asked him to check the air pressure in my other tyres, and he was more than happy to do so, giving me some useful advice in the process.

I also asked about my coolant, and again, he took the time to advise me on whether I needed any and explained what type of coolant I should buy and where I could get it.

I was extremely pleased with the service and very grateful for his kindness and willingness to help with these extra checks. I unfortunately can’t remember his name, but I would like to say a big thank you to him for providing such excellent customer service.

Bought online and easily booked a fitting time. The fitters were brilliant would use Just tyres again
