Ian Grant please get your company in order. I take the time to book my car in for a tyre change, as I have had many good experiences with Justtyres in the past.
The Letchworth branch could not meet my 13.30 booked appointment, an employee said to come back in 20 minutes and he could fit us in.
Then someone else jumped in and said come back at 17.30. The attitude was not constructive at all.
I asked for a refund, the guy got on the phone and spoke to someone, then he told me it would be in my account in 5 working days.
A simple email or phone call would have solved the problem, now due to this and bad employee attitude towards customers, I will never return nor recommend Justtyres to anyone.

Just Tyres fitted two new tyres at short notice and at a competitive price

I have used Justtyres Bedford on at least three occasions and each time the service has been friendly, professional and polite. The tyres supplied at a very competitive price. Will use again.

Very Helpful & the 3 lads @ Kenilworth were very pleasant. And great way of ordering the tyres online & booking the slot.

They are attentive went there appointment time on started straight the young man said go and sit on chair while they fitted tyres great service would go again.

We had a problem with our MG car while in Scunthorpe shopping, and found your depot whilst going home. I said I thought it was a battery issue, the manager-Jamie, looked up the battery on the computer, phoned a stockist, went in his own car to fetch it, and fitted it, all within an hour. He finished off by re-programming the cars computer. All at a very decent price. Very impressed.

Great service friendly staff

Went to the Cambridge branch for tracking to be done.. Arrived at the agreed time and waited for 1.5 hours and the tracking still hadn't been started due to tech working on changing 4 tyres on another car. Only one tech working and manager had disappeared on a bike just after I arrived. I felt sorry for the tech as he was doing his best. I ran out of time so had to leave.
Overall not a good experience but asked for and received a full refund but received no compensation for my wasted time.
I wouldn't use Just tyres again.

Two fitters were really helpful and worked above and beyond to fit our car in our allotted time slot. Really great team!

My 1st time with Just tyres Kenilworth

Terrible customer service first time put a tyre on went flat after 4 days after 2 weeks waiting for response they told me to come back for them to look at when I got there couldn't even be bothered to look at my car told me I would have to come back later when I was told to come in the morning 3 members of staff just standing around doing nothing but we're too busy will never use this disgraceful company again

A great service from the Buckingham centre. I have four new tyres fitted and also replaced all four TPMS sensors. The online booking tool was easy to use and there were plenty of free appointments which meant I could get everything done at a time convenient for me. A phone call confirmed that I could have the TPMS sensors done at the same time and saved a bit of labour as part of the tyre change. I didn’t have to wait long for the work to be completed. Nice friendly staff, I would recommend and use again.

I have just had 3 new tyres fitted by Kyran of Just Tyres Bedford workshop. I would just like to say what an excellent job he has done. Courteous and efficient.
