Range of paints I needed were limited. Everything else was OK.

Prompt and correct completion of drive and collect order

I bought Dulux EnvirO2 paint from the Oxenford store. It was ready at my nominated time and the friendly staff member helped to carry the paint to my car. I will be ‘clicking and collecting’ all my eco paint from Inspirations from now on. The colour charts in their online ordering area match perfectly to the paint colours my children chose for their rooms.

The staff are so helpful and are very knowledgeable. They were interested in my project and recommended the best products to use. When I returned to further my project the staff members remember me and what I had been doing. :)

Staff always helpful and they stock Porters Paints which I love and have used for years. Never a problem for them to look up older colours and match as necessary.
Always thoughtful re carrying heavier items for customers.

I am not an enthusiastic painter and have always been daunted walking into the 'Big Green Shed' with fingers crossed someone is available to help me. A friend recommended Inspirations Paint (Oxenford) and I was blown away by the service and help Tory, Linda and the whole team have given me. With time and patience, they have taught me so much about how to approach my project, helped me make colour decisions, and supplied me with everything I need to do a great job. Now I leave the shop feeling confident and enthusiastic about the DIY task ahead. Thanks team!

My first time to your store and it wont be the last. The staff were so attentive and the young girl that served me it was only her 1st week. She was very professional and polite. I was amazed when she carried out the product that I had purchased and really a pleasure to deal there. I intend to go back next week instead of the other close bye large Warehouse i am used to going to. Keep it up guys you are doing a great job,

Outstanding staff at Oxenford, Gold Coast and brilliant service . Most impressed with their knowledge and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Was in the store for quite a while for tint matching and other painting advice,(Kim was fantastic) and noted that all customers were treated with the same courtesy. Prices were great, but most of all their handy tips and knowledge.
